  1. Neil being gone to get oysters doesn't make sense. Why wouldn't they wait for him to get back or go to where he was? They were on a high-profile show together so it seems they'd go out of their way to get a selfie with all 3. I'm betting Neil wasn't there.
  2. This would be awesome: Sam gets chosen as the next bachelorette!!! Preview shows Chris Harrison saying: this is our most controversial season EVAH! No, really people, it is!!!! 1st episode: Chris Harrison talks with Sam outside the mansion. "So, the limos are approaching! Are you ready?" Sam: f**k yeah, bring it! Sam meets the men, kicks 4 of their asses cuz she thinks they're pussies. They are happy to make it out with their lives. Cocktail party starts. 17 of the 21 men at the party saw MAFS and drink themselves into a stupor. Paramedics take them away in ambulances. Rose ceremony begins with 4 men left. Sam makes her speech: "if any of you f**kers have any cunts waiting for you at home get out now." 3 men make a break for it. One didn't even have a gf at home but he ran anyway. One guy left. Chris Harrison: uh, this is, uh, the final rose I guess. Sam to final guy: GET UP HERE AND take this rose NOW! Final guy is a self-proclaimed masochist on social media and gladly accepts the rose. He proposes before her while on both knees. They fall in love and live happily ever after. Now THAT would be a good show!!!
  3. Your whole post was awesome to read but this line here pretty much sums up the whole Sam/Neil debacle.
  4. Lol about someone unscrewing her chair! Maybe she got 'promoted' out of the branch to corporate because they didn't want her in the public eye? It seems bank branch offices deal with the public but corporate is more like an administrative office. Anyone work at a bank that could clarify?
  5. I'd be amazed if Neil changed his mind. That just doesn't fit his character. But I do think Neil assured Sam he's forgiven her whether she thinks she needs it or not. He doesn't seem like the type to hold grudges. I liked hearing Neil talk to his mom and how calm and mature she seemed. I don't think Neil would've gone for a divorce without the support of his family. I wish MAFS showed Sam with Neil's family. Maybe they couldn't show it because his family didn't want anything to do with her after her behavior at the wedding. Who knows. Even Sam's own father still cares for Neil. Neil's character is really coming through. As for Sam, she needs some serious help with her anxiety. She's holding on way too tight and needs to stop trying to control the world. Her behavior on SM is really sad...pathetic actually. She's so OTT with her emoji's and hearts and obsessive tweeting. She's trying so hard to convince people she's had this epiphany but it's just anxiety stacked on top of more anxiety. She's going out of her way to add Neil on all her tweets to show she's still friends with him because if they're still friends she must not be that bad, right? Her world must be exhausting. Sam thought she was so adorable that all Neil wanted was to have sex with her. (Says a lot about her previous relationships.) But Neil really wanted a companion, a 50/50 relationship with stimulating playful conversation. He wanted his wife to be his best friend. He wanted a true partnership. I don't think Sam got that and I don't think she gets it now.
  6. Just Sam's. Kanye West tweeted Neil tho! Lol!Verified account ‎ ‏‪@Neil_MAFS‬ ‪@kanyewest‬ I got you Yeezy. Let me know when & where. 7. I totally agree with your post except the part I changed in all caps. :)
  8. At the very end of the Unfiltered interview with Sam when they were talking about Sam trying to kiss Neil in the car, Sam said something like: "I figured at that point decision day was coming up so why not just give it a try and see if it will help smooth things over and show that I really do care and I really am coming around..." Now I don't like Sam and don't believe she's "changed" but does this sound like she's playing him because decision day is coming up? And maybe she doesn't wanna get dumped so she's acting all nice? I don't know what it is but I just can't shake the feeling that somethin' 'bout that girl just ain't right.
  9. /cry. Noooooooooo! But probably true. My prediction: the show tonight ends with Sam leaving the room. Wow, such a cliffhanger. /yawn
  10. But if other people felt threatened by their partners on this show, then couldn't Ashley's lawyer go to the media with it? Seems that would totally tank this show which is still reeling from what happened in season 2. And I'm no lawyer, but it seems if it went to court I couldn't imagine a judge saying, "she feels threatened? So what, the show must go on!" Wouldn't there at least be a delay and investigation?.
  11. I posted this before but it got deleted by the mods because I said it badly, (sorry about that), so I'll try again... If Ashley felt scared she could've stopped the show and called daddy to get a lawyer. There's no way anyone should stay in a situation where they feel threatened in any way, especially for a stupid show like this. She doesn't seem scared or threatened to me.
  12. The scariest part of the ghost hunt is that Sam is hearing voices. But it's not ghosts, it's the voices in her head talking to her again. And once again, they're doing something Sam likes to do.
  13. You weren't attracted to him but you stayed classy. Way to go girl!
  14. So...how was the date? Maybe we need to start a hoosiermom dating thread!
  15. I've got first dibs on Neil. Love him! We can geek out into the sunset!
  16. Sam runs out. Sam is always running out. What a weirdo.
  17. I know, right? Since Ashley's left us guessing as to why she despises David so much, the only thing that makes sense is she has another guy hiding in the closet. But then I wonder why her mom is screeching on SM about how awful it is to be a cheater when her daughter is a cheater?
  18. All Ashley ever had to do to fix this is tell the camera why she's feeling this way. That would've been staying true to herself. Instead she hid behind a curtain of coldness. Her family could've helped so much more by explaining her behavior rather than attacking. Picture this...Ashley in front of the camera with tears in her eyes pleading 'I might've made a mistake...I'm a shy person...I need help dealing with the pressure...I need to talk to Dr Pepper...etc, etc. OMG we'd all be wanting to protect her and help her. Production would love that...they always love it when people cry on camera. She'd get the sympathy edit. David would be the big bad wolf. Instead she doesn't explain anything, she just turns off. We're left wondering what the hell is going on in her head. What's she hiding? What's wrong with her? She's confusing poor David! What a cold hearted bitch! I'm not saying I have all the answers by any means but this is why I see people disliking Ashley so much.
  19. I think I have some ideas about why Ashley isn't very well liked. I don't think it's any one thing but a combination of stuff: -it started with her deliberately ignoring David or checking her phone or cutting off conversation. It seemed out of the blue and came across as very cold hearted. Most people were confused and found it hard to relate and warm up to her behaving like that unless she gave a reason for it. She didn't. -she's left people guessing about why she doesn't like David. At first she said it was because she moves slowly. Later she said she isn't attracted to him. But there are no solid examples given as to why she's not attracted to him so, unfortunately, she comes across as shallow/superficial. Again, her behavior doesn't seem justified and people can't relate to her. People start seeing her behavior as suspicious. -Her family antagonizes people on SM and not only started a SM firestorm but continue to throw fuel on the fire as the season progresses. They need to step away from the keyboard because this seems to be doing the most damage. Attacking David to make Ashley look better is the most fail idea ever. -I don't know what she did to piss off the production crew but she's getting a bad edit. Whether deserved or not, it's not helping her "like" rating. -and, finally, the cupcake in the backpack.
  20. I think you're on to something here, soup333! I mean, aren't these totally things a dominatrix would say? Whoa, that would explain a LOT about Sam. Dear Dr. Logan: yeah, you probably missed that when selecting Sam.
  21. With David doing the whole "kiss and tell" about kissing/spooning Ashley last night, kinda makes me wonder if she and that boyfriend she reconciled with had a bit of a fight last night? Lol
  22. I won't miss the show when S3 ends because it was really awful, but I will miss reading all these awesome posts from all you amazing peeps. /cry I've really liked all the insights from different perspectives.
