I watch faithfully for the first 3 seasons. I speed watched season 4 on demand and I hadn't watched any of Season 5. The mid-season premier happened to come on so I started to watch it. But then my 9 year old came in the room so I turned it off. Watching half of an episode reminded me of the following: 1. I used to really like these characters and their interaction with each other. 2. The "secret" has been stupid and far too draining on this show. 3. The suits (clothes in general) are pretty amazing. No matter how they deal with this prosecution regarding the secret it will not be realistic. Just like its completely unrealistic that this would have ever happened in a major law firm or happened this long. SO I say- GOOD. Deal with it however you want. MAKE THE SECRET GO AWAY. I am so over it. Then maybe, just maybe you can have a show about a bunch of lawyers, doing lawyer things and interacting with each other on a personal level as well. And maybe, just maybe I'll start watching again.

I would guess that its a typo and the word intended was Interested. Either way the grammar is terrible.

From USA Today:http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/tv/2015/12/16/voice-winner-plans-next-music-challenge/77405494/ Levine gave Smith, who got a rare four-chair turnaround during blind auditions before the coaches, all the credit for giving Team Adam its third victory in nine Voice seasons. The Team Adam winners “were all so good I couldn’t possibly have screwed it up. … I won because (Jordan is) on my team,” said Levine, saying Smith is a better singer than he is. “It’s fun to be this guy’s coach. Every single time he got on stage and sang, I never had to fake it and pretend to be proud.”

It's a sad thing but I think I've been as happy as I've ever been watching a finale of this show when they called Barrett as third. I relaxed and smiled at Mr. Kcat1971 and said o.k. good. I am fine with a win from the other two but my head would have exploded if that guy won. I really didn't have a favorite this season. I was rooting for Shelby in an underdog sort of way. I still think she has lots of potential-- but really didn't deserve to win yet. Emily Ann did make the most improvement and definitely deserves runner up status and for this experience to help give her opportunities to continue to improve. But I'm happy with a Jordan win and more importantly a Barrett not-win.

Apparently, yes. http://www.allchristiancruises.com/

What is CCR? I am assuming its Contemporary Christian _____? But I've only ever seen CCM (Contemporary Christian Music, I presume) so I'm wondering if I've go it wrong? I can tolerate Blake when he doesn't have a "country army" as he put it one season. I think I could have liked Emily Ann if she wasn't so Bluegrass Country. I can live with an upset from her. In fact, can we trade her to country to get Cassadee Pope back into the Top40/Pop world? But please no Barrett as the winner!

Our person who normally posts the iTunes stuff doesn't seem to be around this morning... so I'll give it a try. As of 11:59 allegedly the top 10 includes: 1. Jordan- Mary Did You Know 2. Emily Ann- Burning House 3. Jordan- Climb Every Mountain 5. Jordan & Adam Duet- God Only Knows 6. Emily Ann & Blake Duet- Islands in the Stream 7. Barrett- Die a Happy Man 9. Jeffery- Stay 10. Jordan- Somebody to Love So they all charted with at least 1 single in the top 10. But Jordan has all 3 songs from last night plus last weeks song in the top 10.

I'll have to look for it on demand or a clip of it later. I really do like Melanie!

Last night he definitely said that he had "never heard of" Mary Did You Know. I believe he also said that about Oceans when Deanna wanted to do it. Going off memory here, but (I think) it was just last Season (8). Adam does not admit to "not knowing" a song very often (unless its country) so it usually sticks out. And yes-- that's what I meant about giving him a pass... Being Jewish, and not particularly religious at that, I don't really expect him to know Contemporary Christian music-- like Oceans, so I was making the same general application to the overtly Christian themed Mary Did You Know? I didn't realize that it might qualify as a standard "Holiday Song" to some. I thought it was basically a "religious song" and I had no idea so many people had covered it!

Well, I'll give Adam Levine a pass for not knowing this Christmas song the same way I gave him a pass for not knowing Oceans for Deanna. Confession time: I hate Christmas music. I steadfastly avoid it on the radio. Hearing it the 3-4 Sundays leading up to Christmas is good enough for me. But I do know Mary Did You Know because its a pretty frequent Christmas Eve "special music" song choice.

It has been cleared for this show for quite a while. Season 1: Casey Weston & Tim Mahoney. And speaking of people I would have liked to have heard more from -- Casey Weston!

Oh.... I think you are right. That is a beautiful song. I probably would have bought that. I didn't care for Blue Christmas at all. I did sort of like her last song. I'm not familiar with country at all so I had never heard it. But I didn't like it enough to buy it.

My bad. I am normally good about fact-checking before I post something. I should have said- I only have heard of one other version of Mary Did You Know. Then I should also have explained that I fall more into the Blake camp of music knowledge (not country just lower than average). I was a bit embarrassed when I went on iTunes to buy Jordan's version to see so many others. But in the putting kids to bed I didn't have time to come back and correct myself.
