He hasn’t mentioned a thing about the services today.
He’s only allowed to offend so many per day.

Let’s not forget the creepy handsex. It looked like two Things from the Addams Family got a hold of MDMA.

Not to mention that these ebil, librul, majority non religious countries take better care of their people better than the uber religious Muricans who want to strip people of their rights, social safety nets, and health care...
Scandinavian countries enjoy some of the highest per capita incomes in the world, have high environmental and safety standards and still make profits, while USA claims regulations cost too much.

Thanks all for the kind words, warm wishes, and encouragement. Very excited to hear about weddings and courtships. It’s kept me very amused.
Had my chemo trreatment today Doxil w/ Avastin and extra hydration. Had hydration/Zometa on Monday, echocardiogram on Wednesday, puked several times after that. Called nurse, who told me I was one high volume puke away from having to go to ER.
Every 4 hours I took anti nausea gel. The high calcium made me feel like 2 giant Charley horses. After today I actually feel more like myself than I had in weeks. Cancer makes your calcium go up. In ovarian, rising calcium seems to trend with rising CA-125. It’s so odd that one doesn’t always feel worse after chemo, but rather oddly grateful for it.

All, sorry to keep you all waiting. I’ve felt terrible for days. The PET showed it to be dormant in my abdomen, but my liver is lit up.
I’m starting chemo on Friday. Doxil this time. It’s supposed to be easier on me. Avastin on its own isn’t working for me. More later.
Thamk you all for your caring and concern.

Most LGBT folks know being welcomed to a conservative church means shaming kids into joining Exodus. It’s a despicable ambush.

I went to high school with a David. His daughter is Davina.
I can do that one better....I knew a Don whose kids were Don Jr., Donna and Dawn. Talk about a narcissist!
Suddenly, I have a rather strange feeling of dejá vu…

OMG. Why would anyone from the LGBTQ community want to sit in a church where the congregants believe anything other than heterosexuality is a sin? So folks can love the sinner, but hate the sin?
Hey Derick why don't you and Jill meet me at a Dunkin Donuts (coffee is right up there near God) and we'll have a chat. I'll bring with me my menagerie of family and friends including people of color, the LBGTQ community, people with mental health issues and people of all religions. Please hop on JD's plane and come visit us all WMass.
And, your new headship @Celia Rubenstein can hand Dillweed his scrawny ass!

@Arwen Evenstar, great post! It looks like Dillweed is wearing a shit-eating grin because he's taken out the pickle (gherkin?) and Jilly looks like she saw it for the first time!
LOL. Now I will join thee in the PC. I'll bring wine.
We’ve always got a fun crowd there!
It was kinda cute at first because we all knew Jill was so sheltered and pure and had never been kissed or even allowed to be alone with a boy. She was clearly acting like a 12 year old who had her first boy crush. Marriage meant she’d get to have something all her very own and no longer a drudge at the TTH. She didn’t know anything and Derick didn’t know much more, so they probably thought it was wonderful as neither one had anything to compare it to. Jill obviously likes her granola extra crunchy.

Praying for you. I was so busy the past few days and I popped back on for a wedding check in and then I see that you're struggling with The Beast. I hope our posts here have brought you some distraction...my mom used to say "talk to me about something that isn't cancer"
Thank you, Marigold. The posts have been most entertaining. I’d rather talk about anything but cancer. Only the PET scan can say what’s really going on and where. I won’t know until Monday.
I still was at the wedding in my Bashful gown with modesty panels.

Y’all are just too much! I keep Kleenex with me when I visit this page. Not enough words out there to express my gratitude for the support and the outpouring of love coming from all of you. Thank you.

A dear friend who was mentor when I was a young engineer , went to Temple tonight to pray the Mishaberach for me.
It’s a beautiful moving prayer for the sick and here’s the translation from Hebrew. I was so deeply touched, that I was bawling my head off!
May the one who blessed our ancestors, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah, bless and heal those who are ill [names]. May the Blessed Holy One be filled with compassion for their health to be restored and their strength to be revived. May God swiftly send them a complete renewal of body and spirit, and let us say, Amen.

Small Talk: The Prayer Closet
in Counting On
I am also taking a breather from the boards to focus on straightening out my issues. Seeing onc again Thursday. Saddened to hear that Bunnykin is having complications. Will keep you all in thoughts and prayers during my absence.
