  1. Oof. I just saw a clip of the TC again, and I'm ready to direct my ire at production. If Dan was given "An Official Warning" after Kellee's teary TH and the private individual meetings (Official Warning being "Stop fucking touching women or you're out of here, Dan") ... Why the actual fuck was him grabbing and rubbing Noura's upper chest at TC tolerated? Did they ignore it because he meant it as "an example"...? Get a fucking PowerPoint, Dan, draw a diagram in the sand, but don't touch Noura. She seemed so uncomfortable and shocked that it happened. He'd been given an official warning from the producers by that point, and it should've been zero tolerance from then on.
  2. I can speak from some experience here... getting RB'd, investigated, jailed, executed and murdered means people consider you a good and dangerous player. I give it 2 games before someone (cough @deaja cough) tells you in their most serious voice, "I was very annoyed by your lack of dying" or as @Hanged Man was so kind to leave in his Will on a prior game "I only trust Drogo 60% - not for any real reason but because he's always worthy of at least 40% distrust" - so welcome to the club, brother. You did a really good job with that PM and you were really the only one who got close to avoiding the arrow. (Sorry @Lady Calypso but even if you were Howard the Duck and a Hero, I've hated Howard the Duck since 1987 and executing him would have solved a lot of repressed aggression.) JT, your reply to my questions was so good; it was only the Vanilla Townie power (or lack thereof) that did you in because SS games don't typically employ vanillas and the word 'townie' seemed inauthentic for her... BUT.. you couldn't have known that. And you'll enjoy this one, @JTMacc99... After I submitted/confirmed your execution, @SilverStormm responded to me just to say you were Meredith and that I'd lost my remaining execution. So I went until the Day story thinking I'd killed Peter's poor mother and was going to have to somehow explain that to the Heroes. I thought @Lisin was a Hero (she usually is when she's so talkative) so during D1 I was a little suspicious of you, but based on hardly anything since she wouldn't have known that yet even if she were an investigator. Then she doubled down on her suspicion of you in her replies to my jail questions, and once I saw her ID I considered you trustworthy (unless we saw a SK.) Ain't nobody like @meet trouble 'cept @meet trouble. You did a good job flying under the radar, though after the POTC game [during which you may have actually became a parrot] I think most of our ears perked up when you did Zero Hinting. Then JT's defense eliminated @garnetarden from contention, so you were caught out there. You are the Doctor around here. Thank you as always for your hard work and big imagination-- for Thanksgiving this year we can all be thankful we got to be some pretty cool a-holes (as opposed to the plain old a-holes we are usually.) Cannotwaitttt to be goblins / worms / babies / firedancers. (...You guys are going to kill me D1, aren't you?)
  3. Same, but it's smart from a bad guys perspective to kill off active voters and cluefinders. Villains gotta Villain, yo.
  4. That was directed at @CuriousParker so she would know we got her V SUBTLE hint... Me, after every "I am Curious": *I was positive either she / me were getting capped N1... since I planned to be immune that Night I didn't want her stealing the target off me. Then @Machiabelly stole it. HM I was kind of wondering who you thought I was when you said "I think we all know who Drogo is" because I'd been so careful to not hint.
  5. @Lisin you killedddd me with that reply.. I was pretty sure you were a Hero, so I put you in jail to find out who you were and TO KEEP YOU FROM GETTING KILLED N1 again... Then you sent me such a shady explanation, I could barely believe I was sending an execution order in the first Night.
  6. Why does knowing you took this shot make me feel so much better?
  7. Because Dan is creepy. The touching is too much, and even without knowing that tidbit he just looks and sounds like a creepy girls basketball coach or sleazy L&O defense attorney. Even I would feel differently about sleeping next to Dan than I would sleeping next to say Dean. It occurs to me that some of my comments are being read as defending Dan, and that's not where I'm at. I think he's repulsive and I would've liked to see him out of the game when the opportunity presented itself with the producers and/or through the vote. Same. And I do think they were hoping someone would say off-camera "I am uncomfortable 4REAL and want you to step in" so they'd be able to show just cause for his removal, in case of a lawsuit. (In a work environment, it would be like H.R. firing Employee A for harassment because they overheard Employee B complaining about A on the phone to a friend.. but never getting a formal statement from the complainant.)
  8. Brushing a hair out of someone's mouth while they're talking, throwing an arm over someone sleeping in your bed while you're both sleeping, touching someone's hair after they just told you how dirty their hair feels, tickling a foot hanging over your head etc. are all touches that wouldn't have been a big deal coming from a player they were closer with or one they didn't find as repulsive as they find Creepy Dan. Sexual touching is touching done with the intention of flirting with someone; the women have acknowledged they don't think he's doing the touching intentionally. We're missing each other on when and how Kellee made that clear. What Kellee says during the game of Survivor (while building her on-camera Survivor persona) and what Kellee says in real life (when the cameras are off) can be two different things. Kellee told the producer that interrupted her tearful TH that she didn't want to make a complaint/ for production to intervene with Dan/she wanted the players to handle it. The producers saw she was still 'in the game' and so then they privately and off-camera gave each player an opportunity to weigh in on the issue (as themselves, outside of the game.) Everyone who was uncomfortable (and everyone who was aware of the discomfort those around them were feeling) should have said "Yes CBS, fuck Dan- you should intervene" to the producers during those non-game meetings.
  9. And there were bigger targets for her in the game. I'm having a hard time feeling too broken up over Kellee's elimination when she herself was so intent on voting out Missy over Dan. Hard disagree. I think once this was all being discussed in the open CBS was praying that one or more of the players would request Dan's dismissal and they could pull him out of there. With no players making a non-game complaint (aka only speaking about their discomfort within The Game as it were) removing him would set precedent for CBS to remove any players this season and future ones for Repeated Nonsexual Touching regardless of whether anyone brought it to their attention.
  10. "My job is to do whatever it takes to get on the right side of the numbers. The original Vokai are not the biggest fans of Dan, so if I can play up that card in whatever way possible, I’ll do it. Honestly, I’ve felt safe this entire time and if I had felt uncomfortable I would have said, ‘Please stop.’’
  11. My takeaway from this screen was that the producers met with each of the players individually to ask privately if they wanted Dan removed from the game.. but based on the outcome of those discussions, the game continued with Dan in it. He wrote a fake Legacy Advantage (that looked like a page out of a middle school yearbook autograph section) and gifted it to Dean in front of everyone to paint a target on his back. It was so effective that 4 minutes later everyone forgot Dean existed. (TBH I'm not sure why he didn't just bring the blank parchment back with him and pretend it was an Extra Vote Advantage for someone he could give to in private.)
  12. Between Goonies, Labyrinth, TPB, Garbage Pail Kids and other masterpieces of the era.. I def knew my way around a Betamax. And since there were only 7 TV channels, I didn't watch anything "twice."
  13. If you play your cards right, you could be The Prince of the Land of Stench! 1. JTMacc SMELL BAD 2. The Crazed Spruce SMELL BAD 3. Drogo SMELL BAD
  14. You remind me of the babe @Hanged Man @meet trouble What babe @CuriousParker @festivus The babe with the power @JTMacc99 @garnetarden What power @saoirse @Machiabelly The power of the voodoo @aquarian1 @BizBuzz Who do @SVNBob @Lisin You do @Lady Calypso @The Crazed Spruce Do what? @Deadpool @Aethera Remind me of the babe @deaja @Pallas @raven
  15. @saoirse you should leave LC alone tonight. She just won't be very helpful.
  16. I was at the bar for a few minutes, there's some pre-gaming happening in there. "Weapons" should mean any player with the ability to harm another player. Villains, sure - but also SKs, vigilantes, Jack of all trades, and others. I've been thinking about it. Tricky, because if the Villains have any type of reversal power left and I say "use it on A1" and she's a hero the Villains can screw with that... so I don't really want to answer with a specific player. I would say choose between garnet or A1.
  17. Definitely a possibility. I bet our recruitable player is still Team Hero and just doesn't feel safe identifying themselves or doesn't realize they can't get recruited anymore.
  18. @meet trouble said you were checking for weapons, and that's not something a Villain's going to do. You're okay with me.
  19. Ah, got it - @meet trouble is saying LCalypso (musical name) visited Lisin and Deadpool (two swords) on the first Night. Kind of, but not really. If we had a SK, we would've seen them by now. If our recruit hadn't been recruited on N1, I'm thinking we would've heard something by now. So assuming TCS is bad, either 1-2 Villains remaining. As for who they are, I'm still up in the air re: the alignments for you, garnet, LC and saoirse.
