  1. I watch(ed) this show to be entertained, not to be preached at. It's called at Situation COMEDY for a reason.  Since they obviously don't care about the people in their audience that don't necessarily agree with their dogma, why should we continue to watch. In fact, all of Hollywood has pissed me and a huge majority of people I know the hell OFF.  They all need to get a serious grip!!!

  2. I too was confused about Callie lasting 5 days after the reveal. I hate spiders with the heat of a million suns, so I would so be requesting medical attention.  I mean, she could call like other participants have and get it looked at, correct?  Maybe given some strong antibiotics?  Maybe not necessarily an automatic removal from the show.  Maybe I am grasping at threads but I want her to win!  She is by far the best!

  3. I love this show and was really glad to be watching it again.  However, I was extremely confused at first.  I saw no indication onscreen indicating it was being told in retrospect (wording indicating. "1 Year Earlier" for example).  When they indicated the boy sitting at the table was Charlie, I did a double take. Nodding in and out of sleep didn't help either but once I got into I really enjoyed it. I went back and re-watched the last episode (which according to my dvr was march of last year).  It's been too long!

  4. I live in a small, but vibrant city in far Western Kentucky.  We actually have culture and art and all that good stuff.  You can drive 15 minutes and be in a bucolic countryside.  Personally, after spending some time in London, I can't imagine wanting to ever live in London, with their pollution, traffic and slums.  We have none of that here.

    Cribbed from Wikipedia:

In 2009, Travolta's son, Jett, died at age 16 while on a Christmas vacation in the Bahamas.[47][48] A Bahamian death certificate was issued, attributing the cause of death to a seizure.[49] Jett, who had a troubled history of seizures, reportedly suffered from Kawasaki disease at the age of two.[50][51] Travolta confirmed speculation that his son had autism and suffered regular seizures and immediately made his public statements while giving testimony after a multimillion-dollar extortion plot against him in connection to his son's death.[52] After a mistrial, Travolta dropped the charges and has credited his immediate family and Scientology with helping him survive the death of his son and in moving forward with his film career2

Yeah because his film career is what matters the most!  What the actual hell!

Loved Arianna explaining to Brittany what "misogynist" meant.  "Does that word mean that he gives me massages?"....Brittany is just too cute!

Being from Kentucky myself (as well as a huge spelling/grammar Nazi), I cringed so hard at this exchange that my eyelashes stuck together. Way to represent girl!

  7. When I was younger (and considerably dumber), I made the mistake of marrying an abusive boyfriend.  Believe me, it was MONUMENTALLY worse once I married him. Speaking from experience, that was the point I was trying (and failing I guess), to make.

  8. Did I read that Jenn is still with that psycho Peter?? Jenn, sweetie?  If treats you like this while you're just dating?  Once you marry him and he considers you his property, you can kiss any semblance of happiness goodbye. He is a manipulative PRICK with cameras right up in his face.  Then he denies the allegations the Real World employee was reading to him as to why he had to leave.  I love the editors that showed clips every time Peter denied any wrong doing. So on top of everything else, he's a freaking liar as well. What a prize!! /sarcasm

Count me in the group hoping PK and Dorito are one and done. He's a snob and she's a dipshit. Her memory is perfect remembering the pantygate incident but doesn't remember a conversation that happened after that. And I guess she's the underwear police now after telling Eileen she was glad she had her underwear on at the beach walk that didn't happen.

Why do these women keep bringing up stuff that happened last season. So what if Eileen didn't tell everybody her mother died, that's her business. And the Muchhausen ( I know it's spelled wrong) fight has been fought to death. Just stop!

Please don't tell me Eden is going to be a housewife now. She seems like a bore. I wouldn't mind Camille coming back though. Nice house porn too.

It seemed to me that Panty Keeper was suggesting that Eileen not mention her mother's death, hoping the other women would go easy on her at the reunion?? Whatevz Mr. Potato Head.  It was not your call.

  10. Pete reminded me so much of my ex that my blood pressure shot up.  "I'M NOT YELLING"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah you stupid fuck - that's why everyone in the house heard each and every word you were YELLING at Jenn.  Girl, you'd better run and run fast and don't look back.  Unless you're a masochist, in which case, he's the one for you!!!! Carry on with your sick relationship.

  11. I lived in San Diego for years and there was no need for either a/c or heat.  Perfect weather all the time.  The only time it was hot (or what they called hot - being from the humid south it was nothing to me), was when the Santa Ana winds blew through.  But even then, no humidity. There was no winter.  A couple extra blankets at night would suffice.  Gawd I miss that place!!!!

  12. Lisa can miss me with her acting like going ahead with the parade was the equivalent to charging the beaches at Normandy.  While tragic, the attack was 3,000 miles away. Back in the 90's there was a horrible school shooting in my hometown and I worked at a college 10 miles away.  Did we leave work or refuse to show up?  Not if we wanted to keep our jobs! Hearing those overgrown kids being all dramatic and clutching their pearls made me roll my eyes so far back in my head I thought my eyes would get stuck in that position (just like my grandma warned me as a child).  I just can't tolerate people who take a tragedy and try to make it all about them.

  13. Recently, I was watching this show with my daughter, who had never seen it before.  I explained the story line (it was a Noah centric episode which involved both Alison and Helen).  My daughter had one comment. "Wow, Noah really has a thing for women with unfortunate mouths".  Proof positive that snark is a genetic thing in my family.

I think they just cast poorly with Joanie because frankly, she doesn't look a thing like Noah to me and instead looks like she could be Luisa's biological child. The DNA test Helen and Gottlief did wasn't what confirmed Joanie wasn't Noah's child to Noah. We were shown the scene of Gottlief telling Noah Joanie wasn't his and him saying he already knew. I think after the night of Cole's wedding where Alison confessed to Noah that Joanie may not be his, they did a DNA test that confirmed he wasn't the father.

Process of elimination says that once Noah was proven not to be the father, unless there was someone else Alison slept with (which wouldn't surprise me at this point), Cole was the father. Plus, I would like to think that Cole had a DNA test to confirm his being Joanie's father when Alison dropped the news on him a whole two years later. This season is already a mess. Trying to retcon that Joanie really is Noah's after all would be the death knell in my opinion. The whole basis of Scotty's threatening to Alison was because he figured out by looking at Joanie that she was Cole's.

The writing made sure to have Cole never around Joanie until that day in the court room. Joanie being born 5 weeks "early", hell the fact that they even had Cole and Alison sleep together, surprising then considering how they left things at the end of Season 1. I don't see any way that Joanie isn't Cole's.

I agree that he probably should not have married Luisa. But while I hate this storyline, I wouldn't say his actions make him like Noah. The fact is however much we all hate Alison and can see how awful she is, there is a long history between her and Cole. Yes, after all the shit she's done to him, you would think it'd be enough to kill whatever lingering feelings were there but life doesn't always work out that way and people don't always do the obvious and sensible thing.

I also think sharing Joanie is what's complicating things even more. Because I cannot imagine they'd even have much contact if Joanie had been Noah's. But I think having Joanie, plus the constant lingering cloud of the previous child they shared who died just brings up a lot of conflicting feelings for Cole regarding Alison. I don't agree with it and I don't like it in any way because again Alison has done so much to him - it's not just the cheating with and ultimately leaving him for Noah (and he still doesn't know about Oscar too) but again she lied to him for years about Joanie's being his.

But she is so good at being the victim and yes, as someone else said, Oscar called it in S1 in saying that others see her that way as well. Hell Luisa said it Cole's version last night. That he sees Alison as this fragile little bird. So despite all she's done, there's still this desire to protect her, take care of her and love her. All the while she just continues to make bad choice after bad choice and leave a mess of destruction in her wake and then play the hurt and attacked victim, when she's called out for it.

The only thing I can guess is that she was mad that he didn't just tell the truth about Helen driving and instead took the blame for the accident and in the process ruined their lives because he'd be in prison for three years. She probably saw it as his choosing Helen and their kids over the life he had with her and the kid that she lied about being his because that would be like Alison.

But Alison was shown shoving Scotty into the path of Noah's car! To me that is huge.  I said in a previous post that I think that incident was what threw Alison over the edge. I think no one but Alison (and Scotty) are to blame for Scotty's death.  Not Helen, not Noah. I'm going to be really pissed off it this is swept under the rug and not addressed.  Why show it in the first place?

I read somewhere that Kyle got rubbish bin girl pregnant again. If they didn't need to subtitle him, I would be champing at the bit to have him join Vanderpump Rules. He super impulsive and holds grudges. He would be absolutely perfect to start working at SUR. And despite being located on West Hollywood, the closest the show has gotten to a queer castmember is Schwartz making out with everyone, the girls making out at Scheana's slumber party last season, Kristen going down on Brittany while drunk, and Jax being a kept man in Miami.

Thanks for the links!  When I was reading the first paragraph about Kate, I was like NO WAY did Barbie beat up Xena Warrior Princess!!! Then I read the statement by her attorney so it made sense.

Sad to hear about Nico's brother.  I lost one of my brothers years ago and it truly sucks.

No. I think we've speculated that Kate's trial and Nico's brother's death might be part of the reason there's no reunion.

The one thing I'm really going to miss from a reunion is everyone calling Sierra out on her delusions about how good her work was.

I laughed so hard when Lauren slunk out of the room like a punk when Kate confronted them.

Nico and Ben were so obnoxious tonight. Did Ben always look like a really busted Tom Hiddleston?

Could you elaborate or give links?  Thanks!

  17. Roy Biggins: So what you're saying is, she's not interested in me, that I don't mean anything to her. She just wants to get me into bed & use me like some cheap piece of meat?

    Brian Hackett: Exactly.

Roy Biggins: I can live with that!
