Omg I’ll tske my old crazy never can be found California landlord over that crazy dude any day. I live in military housing now and they aren’t that nosy. They’re actually more on the hard to get to fix stuff side. I had a neighbor like that landlord and he’d be just like that if he had a rental property.

Omg that woman was disgusting. If you think your child was burned at daycare you take them to the doc and call the authorities... and if you work for the Pediatrician this shouldn’t be difficult. I have a small dent in my trunk bc to get it to close right you have to push super hard. It pops out. Since moving to Hawaii I’ve had like 3 people either stop me in the parking lot or motion for me to roll down my window so they can fix my dent. I’ve never said yes bc well I don’t typically hire people in parking lots/traffic

I missed you all. I was out of town for most of December and well after Saturday morning here in Hawaii I need something mindless to watch again! Wish it wasn’t reruns this week. the sweet 16 had to cost closer to 10k (3k was literally just the decorations/props) ... it’s their money but why not by the kid a good reliable used car if you are willing to spend 10k.

As the parent of a transgender daughter I appreciate those of you who are respectful. There are people who identify as neither and typically prefer they and it’s not that hard to be respectful.

I was shocked when that last defendant said they were 33 and 34. Mommy should be getting the $$$ back from daughter. If someone offered me a $1400 roof I’d say no. Considering to should cost 10x that/. I assumed originally that was for a patch. Of course I’d also fix a big moldy hole in my ceiling.

At my kids schools in Cali and NC most kids didn’t even have a locker and the ones I saw were not full size. I grew up in St Louis and ours weren’t full length either in the 80s/90s

@meowmommy when we move we have a certain amount of days to make a claim. I had to do it on our move here to Hawaii bc they did lots of stupid stuff. Twelve moves and it’s the first bad one we’ve had thankfully. the World Series has been on in Hawaii instead of PC so no new shows for me.

@Schnickelfritz ugh sorry. I know we are fortunate, most of our friends have had not great experiences, none like that. Also, we are in Hawaii now horrible timing as I have a child in college 5000 miles away but it is gorgeous!

I becaMe a landlord bc the military moved us and we knew we would move back. Thankfully we had awesome tenants. I’ve moved away again for a couple years but now my Mom, dog and college kid live there. I wouldn’t have done it if I hadn’t been moving back.

@mk04447 Perhaps ic he wasn't a deadbeat asshole and didn't owe $16k in back child support it would be different. If he'd paid child support she could have paid her rent/. And regardless of what ex husbands think rent is part of providing for his children. And if you listened closely he said they did give him credit for the $$ he gave mom in his final ridiculous dead beat amount. He still owed her the money. He was a deadbeat jerk. @teebax that's what I meant. An older car will likely need some work. None of these people are bright enough to have a mechanic check it out first. Of course they aren't bright enough for most things in life.
