Thank you! I meant to go back and look at the episode again and never got around to it :). The episode with Isaac was one of my favorites.

Am I nuts or was the bailiff in the courtroom the same actor as Isaac (the patient with the massive spinal tumor)?

Now I'm getting the sense that Owen's sister is alive...but maybe in a vegetative state?? Maybe Owen and Riggs disagreed on how to proceed (ala the Terri Schiavo case) and Owen holds a grudge for that? Or he thinks Riggs was responsible for his sister being in that state?

Nobodysfan could be on to something with the assisted suicide thing....remember how much Owen freaked out when Teddy tried to help her patient end her life?

Did I mishear? Since when is Mt. Baker "east of town" (Seattle)? Jeez, writers, couldn't consult a map?! And, no, there's no way a Mt. Baker fire (heck, a Rainier fire) would cause that kind of smoke and ash in Seattle. Maybe in Rainier erupted...LOL. Season 13?

So...what happened to the little boy from last week? Riggs stays and he gets shipped back to Jordan?!

I think Ellen Pompeo cut her hair between filming the first car scene and her scenes at the hospital, hence the ugly half ponytail. It's clearly shorter. They were probably trying to cover up the length change in what was supposed to be one day.

Nitpicky...but Meredith says she moved back into the house about a year and a half ago. I know that's probably to remind Penny that Derek died, BUT didn't she move in like three months ago?!

I'm betting that Jo will find out she's infertile. The promo is leading us to believe she is pregnant; I'm guessing the reality is the exact opposite.

Hmm...a recently widowed parent with three young children has her two close friends/family members move in with her in a big house to help out after her spouse's death...where have I heard that plot line before?! Grey's = Full House?
