  1. Kirstin's first solo single. "Break A Little." EP set to debut in summer - http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/pop/7801049/kirstin-maldonado-pentatonix-solo-single-break-a-little
  2. Too Much Heaven - A Grammys Salute To The Bee Gees Performance was shortened for TV airing compared to the raw footage from those posted a couple of months ago.
  3. #SupportMusic +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Pentatonix Singer Mitch Grassi: Pop's Unlikely Radical: Mitch's in-depth interview with Out Magazine. Talk music, fashion and expression. Includes a very Mitchy photohsoot. Hints at a Superfruit album dropping before Summer. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Also, Kevin. Being Kevin. Similar to his "So Money" podcast. Very, very interesting. No words can describe this man. Deserves everything.
  4. ICYMI: Avriel & The Sequoias | New EP, Sage and Stone out June 9th.
  5. Announced as presenters today... yet they were spotted not rehearsing some lines...
  6. Some insiders think PTX might be 'lending their pipes' for the night. They have been well received after last years appearance and on other awards shows.
  7. #1 for the second week in a row!!! Been following HitsDD numbers which updates its chart every Friday. This is its tenth week on the charts and APC has sold approximately 1,029,126M. "Pentatonix is the first a cappella act to top the Artist 100, as well as the first pop group to reign in more than two years, since Maroon 5." - Billboard | Thought 1D would have taken that mantle at some point...
  8. Happy New Year!!! PTX will be on NBC's New Year's Eve program singing New Years Day with a choir.
  9. Probably been a while since that has happened. Last artist to not debut #1 and then achieve it weeks later? What a cool achievement including this one... "Pentatonix is the first act to chart a pair of albums concurrently in the top five since Prince on the May 21-dated chart, following an outpouring of support for his music following his death on April 21. Previous to Prince, both David Bowie and Whitney Houston also scored the feat, in 2016 and 2012, respectively -- but again, only after their deaths. The last living act to notch a pair of albums in the top five at the same time was Adele on the March 3, 2012-dated chart." - Billboard
  10. Lol. Yeah. They must be pretty confident it will go platinum by the year's end. The Xmas special certainly boosts its numbers. Trying to get it up on Youtube somehow for fans who couldn't see it. It really was amazing to see them have their own freaking show. Wonder what its ratings will be like.
  11. You are correct! PTX with the Leading Ladies of Country Music.
  12. Woah. Hallelujah as the lead sing off the album was an excellent choice. The album moved 60k units, that's up by 30k from original projections. Not even into the holiday season yet and this was achieved with literally no promo. Can it do what its predecessor did, 1 million in a quarter? Looks like a PTX will be performing a tribute to Dolly? Whatever it is, they are performing on Country's music biggest night. The 50th CMAs.
  13. Someone within the NFL must like PTX as an artist to use... So many other artists to pitch an yet PTX. Lol. It's probably just a coincidence.
  14. Pentatonix to Sing NFL Thursday Night Football Opening Song - AP NBC will produce nine Thursday night games that will use PTX's song...PTX will sing the track "Weekend Go," which was inspired by "Sing"
  15. ICYMI: Earlier #2 song, #1 MV, #1 Album via iTunes. (Drake has suddenly popped up & taken #1, #2 spots on the singles chart) New projections are in, PTX set for #3 moving 45-50k units, that's up by 20k!!! (Behind Gaga 180k & Buble 85K)
  16. Some stats - Trending upwards... Could debut #4/#5. Let's see how it stacks up during the holiday season, lots of new albums this quarter.
  17. Loved it!!! Gold was my summer jam. Never thought they would've covered it. The song was made for Mitch, he freaking sang that weird disjointed chorus, the whole arrangement is insane. So chill. It's on the very top of my favorite covers. Seriously, this group is so under appreciated in the industry. Looking forward to SF & Xmas album next week. Also, if anyone is interested, someone who went to their special xmas taping grabbed audio of Hallelujah*. Tempted to listen but I'm trying and will probably fail in holding off. *Edit: Lol. Doesn't matter anyway, taken down. People always find a way to get around the rules.
  18. It's been hovering around the 30's on the main iTunes chart. RCA has released it under the pop genre. Why is it listed as a pop song though? It's #13 on that chart.
  19. "The album will feature a combination of classic holiday tracks, modern favorites and some original music penned by the group." - Press Release It does release the same week as Gaga and Buble but it's an Xmas album. Will do well deep into the holiday season which could see it end up as #1 on Billboard 200. Dolly collab is doing very well on the iTunes chart. May we see another appearance by PTX at the CMA's? Their schedule is free... Sad to some people and a former member of SNC bagging Dolly about collabing with PTX. It's a business. Artists collab with each other all the time. She's promoting her new album, PTX has their tour and its Cracker Barrels 2 spotlight artists. Its not like the arrangements are identical.
  20. Vinyl enthusiasts! PTX Vol's 1-3 available exclusively at Barnes & Noble
