Where are you all watching these past seasons?  Wish they'd show them on TLC.  They'd be MUCH more entertaining than 1k Best Friends, Shauna Rae, and Stuck.

Re: Robyn joining the family, I have an unusual theory...  Meri is subconsciously bisexual and was as much in love -- or at least smitten -- with Robyn as Kody.  In fact, she was smitten FIRST.  She suggested her to him and instigated the whole thing.  She also hoped it would end the triangulation among the wives (Janelle and Christine against her) and even up the numbers, two against two, but it's also clear to see that she has extremely intense feelings for and about Robyn, even to this day.  When Robyn hurts her feelings, those are real tears she cries.  So yeah, Meri, you did this to yourself.  AND to the rest of the family.  Hope you're happy!

    They’re on Discovery +

Meri advocated for her kid, while Christine and Janelle kept popping out babies and accepting whatever little was offered. Christine said it herself that she let her kids needs come last and didn't advocate for them in the family. That's not Mariah's fault. And we haven't exactly seen Mariah hanging out with Kody lately, so it's hard to know what their relationship status is. When he and Janelle were talking about Gabe's girlfriend maybe moving in, Kody made a comment about everyone abandoning their morals or something. Mariah and Audrey are living together outside of marriage, so who knows how Kody speaks to her these days.

In that top picture, Audrey looks like he’s wearing a wedding band. It seems unlike them to quietly get married, but I wonder if COVID changed their plans?

I hope I used the right pronoun, no offense intended if I got it wrong.

Screenshot from a video where Mykelti says Avalon is “helping” her with LuLaNo. She also said Avalon has ruined a couple of the outfits.

That crap was unwearable long before that sweet baby got her hands on it. However, who knows what kind of nasty factory those came from, or what kind of dye they used. Yuck.

The pay cut was speculation but with so many things reality tv related speculation quickly becomes fact.  Same is true in regards to their financial situation, the only thing financial that is known is in relation to their real estate holdings, sales, and purchases.

I get your point on speculation, but we do know a bit more than that. We know they’ve filed bankruptcy multiple times under different wives, for one. We know they’ve had unpaid property tax and other bills. They haven’t consistently had health insurance, and have racked up serious medical debt on more than one occasion. There’s been a lot of indicators that they don’t manage their finances very well, and yet they did pay a big chunk of cash for some of the Coyote Pass property 🤷‍♀️

  5. Did you notice in the app she’s got two brown sofas in the living room?  Please, in the name of all that’s holy get rid of those nasty things and get something decent for the new house!

For the windows, it sounded to me like she was saying they chose not to add them vs. them taking away something that already existed. If they were trying to save money I could kind of understand that, sometimes you have to compromise.

Speaking of money though, how are they affording all of this?  It boggles the mind. I do like the laundry room and having the two doors is smart. Personally I would have tried to get a double vanity in the kids bathroom. With four kids already, they need it.

I think Robyn should keep her opinion about Christine’s decision regarding her relationship with Kody to herself. Perhaps, she should try to understand Christine’s perspectives, experiences, or motivations before making a judgement about her.  Kody treats Robyn completely different than he treats the other spouses, so there is no way she feels Christine’s pain. The audacity of that woman. She has a lot of nerves!

The previews for next week already make me want to throw something at the TV.

  7. Christine totally contradicts herself about the basement wife concept. First she says she’s seen it in lots of polygamous families, then says she didn’t know what it was. Pick a story, Christine.

Science tells us that adolescence lasts until around age 25 or so, at least in terms of brain development. Kody does SO LITTLE for his kids. The least he could have done was not question their mother providing them a place to live, during a pandemic, while they are pursuing education and first jobs in their late teens and early 20's.

Yes!  Plus the cost of living is so crazy right now. I have a 21 and 19 year old living at home and going to school, there’s no way they could support themselves. I’m enjoying having them at home while I can. I’m with Janelle all the way.

  9. The Browns are “big hat, no cattle”. They are leveraged up to their eyeballs and it will collapse someday. The show gave them a chance to secure their financial future, but they appear to have sunk all their cash into land they can’t afford to develop. None of them know how to handle money.
