My dad called them $100 a week millionaires.  Of course, that was in the 60's!  🙃

My dad calls them “big hat, no cattle”. That describes the Browns perfectly. Look at my fancy (leased) car!  Look at my property where the angels sing (but we can’t afford to pay the taxes).  Hey, while you’re here, mind chipping in for our medical bills 🙄

  2. Three kids under 2?  I’m exhausted just thinking about it. Hope they’re planning on a hospital birth this time.

Two days ago she did a video about it. She said,  “I had a chance to do it a couple of weeks ago and I am sold. I am sold.”. Then she goes on about the “reset”, and states she lost 6 inches, and 6 pounds, and is continuing to lose weight. According to her, Plexus scientists worked on the formula.

    She still sucks at videos.

Christine had this post about it:

I forgot to add, Janelle said she’s been dieting for 40 years and always avoided cleanses because it meant deprivation.

It sounds like prep for a colonoscopy. No thanks 😬

Do 4-year-olds typically sit in high chairs?  Janessa now has the same unhealthy look that the other children have.  Sofia is wearing the dress that’s 5 sizes too big and is wearing some kind of flower arrangement in her hair that looks to be nearly as big as her head.  She must be in trouble.  She refused to even acknowledge Jill w/the phone, which is unlike her normal behavior.

No, most kids are too big for high chairs by the time they’re 4.  Poor little waifs 🙁

All went well with my colonoscopy. No polyps, so I'm good for 5 years. I'm so glad it's over! I think I'll go the pill route in 5 years, rather than the jug-o-gross. It's a lot of pills, but I'm pretty good at swallowing (like Anna!). My procedure was at a place that only does that. Everyone was super nice. I got in early and I was done 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time! When I woke up, I thought my daughter was waking me up and that my cat was nearby. I guess I was a bit loopy!

I had my first colonoscopy last year and got the pills instead of the nasty drink. My insurance only covers the drink so I had to pay $60 out of pocket, but it’s worth it to me. I know I’d have struggled to get that drink down.  When I went they were doing rapid tests for COVID. Could you imagine doing the prep and getting turned away for asymptomatic COVID?  If I’d tested positive they’d have seen a grown woman cry!  Thankfully it didn’t come to that.

It's sparkling compared to many I've seen.  I think I may be a weirdo who cleans the washer.  My cleaning lady doesn't even see fit to clean it.

If you’re weird so am I. All cleaning appliances need to be cleaned themselves from time to time or they get gross.  Her machine is nasty.

So, Carlin and Evan headed home from his parent’s. They stopped at the new house to look around. Carlin was filming, while carrying Layla. Evan was in front of her carrying Zade. Switch to going upstairs, Evan was holding Layla’s hand, going up the stairs in front of Carlin, and presumably, Carlin was carrying Zade.

I just don’t get it with these two.

If these attacks are real, they’re even stupider than I thought. I had a coworker whose newborn grandchild was being carried down the steps when the person carrying him tripped and fell. That poor child had massive brain damage (shaken baby), was completely disabled and died several years later 😔.  Carlin shouldn’t be walking around carrying either child right now. Idiots!

James, Jason, Jeremiah, and Hannah. I didn’t know Joy attended.

Edited, just saw Carlin’s Instagram picture with Joy. Carlin is posting a ton of pictures from the wedding. Lawson hasn’t even posted the video of the wedding yet. 🤷🏼‍♀️

If that’s from the actual wedding, Joy looks way underdressed. She’s been to enough weddings to know better.

Phillip's Senior Pictures.  😊  What a BLESSING Phillip is!  He loves God and His Word, with his WHOLE heart!  He has memorized many chapters of the Bible.  He loves to study.  He is quiet, but VERY deep!  He is a prayer warrior.  I have seen him kneeling by his bed praying SO many times.  ❤

Phillip Jonathan Rodrigues, it has been a JOY to homeschool you!  We are so excited that you are called to be a missionary to Hungary!  🇭🇺 We will be praying as you embark upon the journey of Bible College, a job and watching you "adult".  We have no doubt you will do a stellar job at all you put your hands to!  😊

I have kept and cherished many of the kind, thoughtful and inspiring letters you have written to me, along with your many family members.  You are an incredible example and blessing to us!

My Love & Prayers Always, Mama & Family  xoxo  🥰💙

This whole picture makes me sad for this poor kid. That shirt is way too big, especially the neckline. For Pete’s sake, you can go to the mens department at Burlington and they’ll take your measurements and help you find a shirt that fits that won’t break the bank. These people spend half their lives in church, and BME can’t be bothered to get them clothes that fit 😡

  10. I can’t help but wonder how much of this show is scripted.  A lot of it feels like bad acting to me, I honestly don’t trust that we’re seeing anything resembling reality. I watched this season, but I don’t think I’ll come back for more if they do another season. I much preferred Property Ladder that used to be on another channel before HGTV started doing all the flipping shows.

I watched Jessa's video and found one particular moment telling. When she was vacillating between the two guitars, Ben (wisely) suggested asking the sales clerks their opinion. She totally ignored him. When he brought it up again, she said they'd only recommend the one that cost more money. I imagine reasoning with her is like repeatedly bashing your head into a brick wall. What a marriage.

That sounds exactly like something Jim Bob would say.

Oh I haaaate these. Becoming one’s parents has nothing to do with insurance or bundling and, to me, distracts from what they are actually trying to sell me. The skits would be cute on their own, but I feel a bit annoyed by the company that they think we humans are so stupid we need to see this to want to buy their service.

I blame my autism for this, to me the attempt at humor to get peoples’ attention in an ad is distracting. There are a few ads with so much filler gimmick I don’t even know what they’re trying to sell because I stopped trying to figure it out after 10 seconds.

Tell me what you are selling and why I need it. The use of obnoxious characters is unnecessary (annnnd this is when hubby refers to me as Spock 😆).

I work for a Fortune 100 insurance company, one of the ones with stupid commercials and an annoying jingle 🙄. They’ve flat out said, the only thing they care about from the commercials is name recognition. If you think about getting an insurance quote, will you think of our company?  I get what you’re saying though, a lot of them drive me crazy, too.

When going into the town, we were given a map. There were many tourist sites in the old town, but the MAIN attractions were those that were old. People seemed to flock to the ancient landmarks to stand in awe of their age and architect.
Why is it that the old landmarks were the main attractions? I think it is because they represent people of old and their unique lifestyles. We, as humans, are attracted to the history of the past."

As opposed to the history of the future 🤦‍♀️.  I just can’t with this woman.

  14. Kody never mentions his kids in talking about the relationship, something like we have six great kids and I could never regret that. It’s all about Kody, all the time. I’m sure Christine has some culpability in what went down, but I hate Kody so much I’m fine with blaming him 100%.
