I think you are okay going into Season 2 with a quick read at Wikipedia. There's some cool stuff in S1 like the Russian training flashbacks but the situation going into S2 is easy to digest.
One of the things I really like about Face Off is that I've yet to feel like the producers are calling the eliminations rather than the judges. Things seem to really be based on merit and Matt was the right call this week.
A group of high school friends are hunted and helped by various women who look alike but things change rapidly when an valuable FBI informant and his handler are pushed to make an important real estate decision.
Even wonder how they do this?
I don't know how much time has past since the outbreak except that it has been a while now.
Whenever they go into a neighbor the grass and whatnot needs to be overgrown. In S04.E09 where Rick and Carl hold up it's pretty tall (though not as crazy and weedy as it probably should be). So when they scout and book these locations do they tell the owners not to cut their grass or scrubs for a month or whatever?

I believe it's already been optioned. There was an article it and Denzel Washington a couple months ago. Not sure what if anything has happened since then.
