  1. Yeah, I like the mysteriously barricaded door, too. I'm hoping that there's a watch-dragon behind it that guards the passageway/escape route. Or maybe a grown into adult Diana has set up her lair in there where she plots her takeover of the Royals.
  2. The best thing about TRubel crashing her cycle into Nick's house is that it broke up the potential Nick-&-Adalind-hug-turning-into-kiss situation. Yay, Teresa!! (Boo! for her getting beat up [by Meisner?].) Looking at Adalind's shirt, I thought that Kelly hadn't thrown up on her, but rather that Adalind was expressing a lot of milk, as sometimes happens with nursing mothers. Yeah, I kept hoping that Nick would find something incriminating when he was looking for something for Adalind to wear. Not enough Hank, Wu, Renard, Monroe and Rosalee. "Nick & Adalind Domestic Bliss"? Blech!!
  3. My instant reaction to "Nick & Adalind Domestic Bliss": NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh. Yucko!! But to have expected anything else from the stupid writers would have been giving them too much credit, I guess.
  4. No kidding. I'm waiting for Juliette to give birth to Prince What's-His-Name's kid, since they had their own little session before Kelly showed up with Diana. Wonder what the resistance will do with that particular Hexenbiest/Royal baby? Count me in as another viewer who absolutely does not want a Nick/Adalind pairing, regardless of baby Kelly. (I, too, was halfway hoping that the baby would die. Sorry.)
  5. I think this is what bothers me the most about having Bones crossover with Sleepy Hollow because Bones is ostensibly about events that could probably/possibly happen in the "real world" while Sleepy Hollow is clearly understood to be fantasy. So, yeah, with this crossover, that now means that Washington Irving probably never existed in the Bones universe. Or, if he did, his life took a different path than it did in our history.
  6. Seriously. It's almost as if the writers are like, "There's not enough stuff happening! We need to make things more interesting! Let's make [insert character name here] pregnant!'
  7. Well, that's it! I was hoping that the Juliette thing was going to resolve some other way, but now I just want Juliette to die a slow, tortuous, horrible death. I want her to be aware of everything that's happening to her as she's dying and I want that fricking Kenneth to die just before she does. And I want both Nick and Diana to be the ones to take her out with an assist from TRubel. Oh, and not only that, Juliette gets half the neighborhood killed in their own houses!! Strictly for her own stupid revenge!!
  8. The way Angela and Hodgins were talking, it seemed to me as if TJ Thyne's and Micaela Conlin's contracts hadn't been renewed for next season. I wish the show would bring back some of the previous interns. I liked Fisher and Abernathy and Wendell. Have never liked Daisy--too irritating. Ditto for that intern who calls Hodgins "Curly". The Cuban dude is really annoying, too. Cam's love-interest I can take or leave, but am puzzled that they don't really mention what's going on with him in Iran except maybe every other episode or so. You'd think that the show would want to keep the suspense up as far as what's happening to him. Guess that's going to be resolved next episode. The way the characters are talking, I really wonder if Brennan decides to leave the Jeffersonian and the show goes in an entirely different direction next season.
  9. I'm puzzled about the characters missing from a couple of scenes in this episode: Why wasn't Edith in the scene with Rose's pre-wedding trousseau review? Cora, Violet, Isobel and Mary were all there, but no Edith. Where was Anthony Strallan during the unveiling and dedication of the WWI memorial monument? Strallan fought and was wounded in the war; wouldn't it have been appropriate for him to have been there? I guess maybe it would have been too awkward for him to have attended an event where his erstwhile fiancee and her whole family were in attendance?
  10. From the look on Juliette's face after the biestfight, it seems as if she's starting to enjoy being a hexenbiest. Or maybe it's just that she enjoyed kicking Adalind's ass.
  11. Totally agree X 1,000,000! Aaaaaargh!!!! Why, why, why are they doing this??????
  12. Sorry--sloppy composition on my part. I meant "wife," "significant other," "life-partner," or whatever term best describes Nick and Juliette's relationship as they define it. I'm still hoping that they eventually decide to get married and have children, once they figure out how to live with/resolve the hexenbiest situation.
  13. Ooh, good one! I didn't even see the connection!
  14. I'm fine with Juliette being a hexenbiest. I'm also fine with the show finding some way that she could remain with Nick and be his mate, etc. The thing that would really bother me (a lot!) is if the writers went in the direction of "a super-powerful, mystically-created hexenbiest will someday appear and wreak havoc and/or save the world as foretold in the ancient writings of both the hexenbiests and the Grimms." [Oh, wait a minute: that's super-special Royal Baby Diana Schade-Renard, isn't it?] Too much!!
  15. So, did Juliette's blood test go all China Syndrome or did it eventually stop when it reached the Earth's mantle, I wonder? Glad to see her back at her vet practice and plying her trade, for once. Juliette's not telling Nick again about her transformation into hexenbiest is really, really, really getting ridiculous at this point. Stupid writers!! I've been wondering for some time now if there are other Wesen on the Portland PD force besides the ones we've already seen. It seems ludicrous that the ranks of the PD would not have a significant percentage of Wesen officers, considering that the general population of Portland itself, it seems, contains an extremely large minority of Wesen citizens--accordingly to Grimm, anyway.
  16. Biest Fight next week! [And, once again, Nick's and Juliette's house probably gets completely trashed. Don't the neighbors ever hear anything? What about when Nick and Juliette have to keep returning to the furniture store to replace everything that's been destroyed in the latest fight in the house?] I don't really want Juliette to kill Adalind, but I am looking forward to Juliette (hopefully) laying a big ol' ass-whupping on the richly-deserving Adalind. Just occurred to me: What if Juliette's been a latent hexenbiest all along and all the crap that's happened to her just awakened her true nature?
  17. Since Henrietta is supposed to be an old friend of Mom Renard and a super-knowledgeable wesen, I wish that Mom Renard had consulted with Henrietta prior to saving Renard's life and attempting to re-Grimm Nick. If she had, then we could have been spared the whole Hexenette "I can't tell Nick--he'll have to kill me!" and Renard relapse plot twists and get back to the Grimm/wesen storylines. That being said, I hope that that preview of the bounty hunter surprising Juliette in Nick's and her house means that the Hexenbiest-Juliette reveal occurs next week. Too much secret-keeping. I don't blame Juliette; the character is only doing what the writers are making her do. Stupid writers! Liked the ear-piercing thing. Totally off-the-wall and it relieved the otherwise dark tone of the episode.
  18. I was really afraid that Bud was going to get killed sometime during the process of abduction/testifying. As it was, if Nick & Company hadn't gotten there in time, the Tribunal would probably have put Bud on trial next for consorting with a Grimm. Re: Juliette--she needs to tell Nick and take "How to be a Hexenbiest" lessons from Renard's mother ASAP. Some of them can be rational and control themselves even while in Hexenbiest form, can they not? And, I may be imagining things, but it seemed as if Juliette got a great deal of satisfaction from blowing the back of that kid's head off by using her mental powers. Perhaps she would prefer to stay a Hexenbiest? In any case, as more than one person has mentioned, she can ingest Nick's blood and become fully human again, right?
  19. I'm not normally bloodthirsty, but I would love to see a hexenbiest-Juliette beatdown of Adalind once the latter returns to Portland--mostly because such a confrontation would enliven the whole boring "Adalind's-desperate-search-for-the-special-Royal-Baby" storyline. Amazing how dangerous Nick seems, now that he's a Grimm again. Glad that Wu's in the loop now and that he's so matter-of-fact about everything.
  20. If I'm not mistaken, Moloch said that Katrina was "one of the shards of Hellfire" and that he wanted Henry/Jeremy to "turn her" and not to kill her. He was angry at Henry/Jeremy for calling up the Weeping Lady because the Weeping Lady could have killed Katrina and put Katrina out of Moloch's reach. Evidently, Moloch has grand plans for Katrina. Perhaps using her for a weapon? I agree with the not enough Mills Sisters and not enough Cpt Irving this season so far. These are the characters/interactions that we grew to love last season. Why mess with all that great chemistry? I think Katrina could be a pretty good character, but the writers haven't shown us why we should care about her. That would be awesome.
  21. I think this is going to be a YouTube season for me. Will probably be keeping up with Alfonso, Lea and Randy, but don't care enough about the other competitors to watch the entire show. Too much screaming, props, sets, pyrotechnics, and other clutter and noise. Not enough dancing. I know it was just week 1 tonight, but it seemed as if the dances were all just about 30-40 seconds or so. Really light on content. Yeah, I know I've officially joined the disgruntled geezer club. Anyway, will be checking in here during the season to see which performances I should be watching each week.
  22. Pleasantly surprised by Couture's performance tonight. I don't really know who he is, but I think that he's charming and that he has made a good start in his partnership with Karina. Hope he sticks around for awhile. Maybe he'll get further than Chuck Liddell did in his season.
