  1. Of course if this turns out to be true, he'll be forever known as Lucas with His Lid Off.
  2. Of all the various dropped threads/hanging storylines, there's two i really wish the show would pick up again. - NAT Club. I've long thought that the entire A game is connected to the club's origins. I keep wanting to get more info about the NAT history/backstory - though i think if it ever really comes it will be at the very end when they're wrapping up the entire mystery. - Season 2 midpoint finale. There was this whole ado at the end with Jenna and Garrett gloating about how they managed to frame the Liars. So J/G would have either had to have been a part of the A-Team (or at the very least had enough intel on it to where they could piggyback off of it.) Yet after Mona was revealed to be (Season 1-2) A, there's never been any kind of acknowledgement that Jenna or Garrett had been accomplices of Mona or tied into A Team 1.0.
  3. What it is exactly that Maya knew remains a dropped story thread - probably meaning that her there will probably be a reveal down the line that her death wasn't as random or un-A-related as anyone thought.
  4. True, In Rosewood, such behavior from an adult male is likely to win him a free toaster.
  5. Well, yes and no! I didn't tape the episode so i can't confirm whether or not there were any shots were Holbrook was turned around enough to where the audience could see it was him. But, there were photos that were included in press packets that clearly showed Ali kissing Santa Holbrook. So it might have been a late minute editing decision when finishing the episode's post-production to not totally reveal it, but it was at least Holbrook when the scene was shot.
  6. Is it just me or does anyone else have a tendency to envision the characters as South Park style cutouts when reading the books? (Because there's so many references to "___'s mouth formed an O", "_____'s eyebrows knotted down in a V", "_______'s mouth made a rectangle as she cried", etc.
  7. It isn't. Episode 1 was essentially Book 1. From then on, the show borrowed several elements of the books during season one but it soon became clear that the books and shows were pretty much going to be separate entities. The end of the season two finale heavily paralleled the end of book 4 (though in the books Mona died then). But again given that not only are the book series and tv series storylines different with different characters, but also everything after book 8 was written after the show started and Marlene King and Sara Shepard basically do their own thing without comparing notes.
  8. So interestingly enough, Ali's new "Group o' Five" consists entirely of girls who either have a twin or "double"...Cindy and Mindy (actual twins), Jenna and Sydney ("Two Jenna's") and then there's Ali herself who even if she doesn't have a literal twin, at least has Cece. So yeah Santa Boxers scene was kinda disturbing. But consider how they all would have got to that moment. It would have been at Toby's beckoning ("So here's the thing - instead of exchanging gifts, Spencer and I are exchanging gestures. So for this to really be effective, I need the three of you to also strip and put these on.") Yeah, Toby will fit in well at Rosewood PD.
