Why do I feel like Tinsley was a bit too psycho and intense for Scott?

She's like a frenetic sales person trying to sell herself on how awesome he is and how much she loves him.  It's definitely an unique approach to a relationship.

You think? I get the impression that he genuinely loves her.

You could be right.  He does seem like he cares for her but I've never gotten the feeling that there was much depth to it.  Plus, he looks like he smells of old school machismo.  But I'm basing that on a small on-screen presence.

How low is John's self-esteem? Dorinda basically tells us several times a season that he's Mr. Right Now. Pitiful.

It depends on what you're referring to as his "self-esteem."  John totally seems like the type of guy who enjoys the benefits without all the hassles that come with a commitment, if you know what I mean.

  4. Dorinda totally earned her paycheck for this episode.  Drunken snark mixed with a sense of humor about herself.

I can't even believe that Sonja made a relatively accurate reference to Game of Thrones when she's barely been able to string together an intelligible conversation so far this season.

This makes me wish Kyle could spend a season with the NYC ladies and really get to sharpen her claws.  It's hard to gain much traction with the BH ladies, sometimes, and I think Kyle's inner mean girl suffers for it.

Given that mermaids have similar "race" to humans.. did humans evolve from mermaids or did humans evolve into mermaids?

That could be a fun idea for the show for the show to play.

It would be interesting if like  a wild animal she really couldn't go back because she did't have the killer instinct anymore.

I didn't feel like she was out of the water long enough to lose her killer instinct but her interactions with the human characters did have some impact on her emotional capacity.  She became more patient and exhibited a willingness to play by their rules.

Speaking of which, I found it amusing that the mermaids were more emotionally compelling than the human characters.  It almost didn't seem fair.  Although, it was a nice touch that Ben, Maddie and friends did seem to genuinely care about each other.

A moment like the two mermaids reuniting might normally make me groan but I found it satisfying.  Funny that I projected my human conditioning onto them and wished for them to embrace.  They're mermaids!  They do what they want!

I was excited when I saw that Dorinda was going to be on, for the very same reason.  I watched until I saw Jill Zarin show up, which was an immediate "click" for me.

Dorinda is a good WWHL guest, and I would of loved to hear her thoughts about the walk with Sonja.  When Nene showed up, the show pretty much had to be all about her.

  7. That rap was so bad I couldn't stop smiling.  I'm mildly impressed that Chris can pull off being insufferable and strangely likable at the same time.

  8. I'm pretty sure I heard the collective scream of the Kellyn-haters when Libby's statue dropped.

Poor stupid, stupid Chris.  That would have been hilarious if they'd been stuck with him through another vote.

    Oh it wasn't a test, I just couldn't remember.

What I remembered was some party where LVP was waiting for Faye to apologize to her

This was the best summation I could find...

As viewers saw on last week’s episode, Lisa was not happy upon seeing Faye at Kyle’s BBQ party. Several seasons earlier, Faye accused Lisa, who at the time was feuding with Kyle, of using Brandi Glanville to doing her dirty work and being a chess master. The accusation came during Lisa’s vow renewal/30th wedding anniversary, which Lisa obviously did not appreciate. At Kyle’s BBQ, Faye told Lisa that she was just defending her friend at the time. Lisa agreed to move forward. Yet, Lisa made clear in her interviews that she still did not like Faye, and wasn’t going to forget what she did.

I have to wonder if part of the reason I'd like The Morally Corrupt Faye Resnick to join would be the difficult position it would put Kyle in...and Kyle is one of my favorites!  Why am I like this???

LVP had a problem with Faye. Do you remember what it was?

If this is a test, I've probably just failed.  I only vaguely remember that they had a squabble but I'm guessing it had something to do with LVP thinking that Faye didn't know her place and said something out of order.  It may have even been more benign than Rinna's Munchausen accusation.

She looked very different to me - did she have some surgery in the facial area?

I also want to know what was in the "pink" fabric

First I thought it was some kind of window treatment - like a rolled up curtain

Whose raggedy hair extension was on the floor?

Hey, don't scare her off with all of those valid questions!  I'm just happy to see her!

The Morally Corrupt Faye Resnick is my dream housewife.  I think she could bring a level of mischief that would send some of the housewives (and members here) into an immediate blind rage.  :)

  12. I loved that Erika gave that answer on WWH as to why she brought up "pretend amnesia" while at their dinner.  She admitted that they're paid to entertain us, and sometimes they've gotta do what they've gotta do.

I imagine it can be frustrating to be portrayed as petty and witless on television and not be able to wink-wink-nudge-nudge the audience.
