Interesting. I keep going back to Erika's "Because we're on TV!" comment when she was on WWHL a couple weeks ago. It was like she was giving Andy the finger. And then her attitude during this reunion makes it seem like she's tired of playing these reindeer games, or she's really pissed about something and taking it out on the show/other housewives. Both?
I'm not a fan of Erika, so it's difficult for me to be objective, but it does seem like something is off with her.

Why is Camille leaving so soon??? She's the only reason I showed to watch them rehash the same petty arguments they've been rehashing all season! At least she got to pull Erika's big pony tail before she left.

It depends on what you're referring to as his "self-esteem." John totally seems like the type of guy who enjoys the benefits without all the hassles that come with a commitment, if you know what I mean.

Dorinda totally earned her paycheck for this episode. Drunken snark mixed with a sense of humor about herself.
I can't even believe that Sonja made a relatively accurate reference to Game of Thrones when she's barely been able to string together an intelligible conversation so far this season.

I didn't feel like she was out of the water long enough to lose her killer instinct but her interactions with the human characters did have some impact on her emotional capacity. She became more patient and exhibited a willingness to play by their rules.
Speaking of which, I found it amusing that the mermaids were more emotionally compelling than the human characters. It almost didn't seem fair. Although, it was a nice touch that Ben, Maddie and friends did seem to genuinely care about each other.
A moment like the two mermaids reuniting might normally make me groan but I found it satisfying. Funny that I projected my human conditioning onto them and wished for them to embrace. They're mermaids! They do what they want!

Dorinda is a good WWHL guest, and I would of loved to hear her thoughts about the walk with Sonja. When Nene showed up, the show pretty much had to be all about her.

They're totally ruining Dorinda's appearance on WWHL with all of this 31 doorbell nonsense. It's fun to see so many botox-ed faces from the past but I'd love to hear what Dorinda thought about the episode tonight.

If this is a test, I've probably just failed. I only vaguely remember that they had a squabble but I'm guessing it had something to do with LVP thinking that Faye didn't know her place and said something out of order. It may have even been more benign than Rinna's Munchausen accusation.

I loved that Erika gave that answer on WWH as to why she brought up "pretend amnesia" while at their dinner. She admitted that they're paid to entertain us, and sometimes they've gotta do what they've gotta do.
I imagine it can be frustrating to be portrayed as petty and witless on television and not be able to wink-wink-nudge-nudge the audience.
