Lol. What even is a salmon bowl?
Grilled Salmon Bowl. Quinoa and Arugula Salad, Roasted Broccolini, Tomato, Gremolata. $27.00
The fish tacos she was worried about falling down her dress are $18.00.

Kelly totally blew that out of proportion but if they insist on keeping Vicki on this franchise, we should get the pleasure of watching her get cussed out in every episode. And we all know how vicious Kelly can be, so if she's going to go at Vicki while Tamra, Vicki and Shannon all hold hands and sing Kumbaya, that gives me something to look forward to.

Why did I want this finale episode to pull the season together and make some kind of sense? Is that a part of my code? If I'm disappointed in the end result, is that a part of my code?
Do I ever exist outside of my programming to see things in a certain way? Have I ever really questioned the nature of my reality?
Within cells interlinked. Within cells interlinked. Within cells interlinked.
I better get back to my baseline.

Someone should explain to me the point of photoshopping a still, when the world sees that it doesn't even look like you.
So you can get a bunch of compliments from people telling you how amazing you look. I suspect the ego of the person posting the pic will take the praise any way they can get it, with Vicki being a shining example of this.

Does anyone know what the episode title means? I know Akane was the woman's name.
Akane's Dance, Red Dance and Akane's Red Dance were the three translations that I found. Akane's Dance was the one that showed up most.

There was a brief when the episode felt like poetry in motion but I have no idea how I got there. Perhaps Maeve used her super, special magical powers on me, too. Unfortunately, it didn't last long.
It's hard to believe there was a time when I was intrigued by Maeve's desire to find her child, and now I can barely find a duck to give. Quack!

She seems so different from the girl at the start of the season who was all talk about big moves.
Did she make any big moves during the first half of the season? Because she's still talking about making big moves.

If he had voted for Kellyn (as Kellyn voted for him) there wouldn't even have been a tie!
If they're all out there convinced that Kellyn would be a threat at the end, then I can see why they'd take Kellyn out on this vote. But it seems like Kellyn is still less of a threat than Dom or Wendell. This would have been a good time to blindside Dom if you'd like more of an even playing field for the rest of the game.
I'll agree that Donathan's vote for Dom was a wasted vote, though. It was like he was pissed and didn't give a damn about strategy.

Did Sonja just flip over a cushion with a dog poop stain on it??? But she looks down her nose at riding though Queens in a limousine?

Donathan was the only one who thought this was a good time to vote out Domenick? The rest of those clowns are just rolling out the red carpet for Wendell or Dom to walk down and snatch up that check.

Btw Lisa Joy also directed this episode
Indeed. I feel like I'm the last person to notice these things but I happened to catch her name in the opening credits.
Perhaps there was some thematic resonance to the scenes with MiB and Lawrence and some other part of the story but none of them left much of an impact on me. However, I did think the scenes with William and Cylon!JamesDelos were quite good. I wonder if there's an interview in which Lisa Joy talks about why this episode appealed to her.

I asked this question before but do not think I received a reply. Was this season written by totally different writers than season one? It is so off track with this DNA thing.
Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy are credited with writing all but one of the episodes in Season 1. There are a few episodes that they wrote together, otherwise, Nolan or Joy worked with another writer. Episode 3 of Season 2 was written by two different writers but Nolan or Joy are credited with writing the other three episodes of S2 we've seen so far.
I vaguely recall an interview at the end of Season 1 in which Jonathan Nolan said something to the effect of Season 2 looking like a different kind of show, because the way they were able to tell their story in S1 wasn't something he thought they could do again in the next season. Perhaps that's what you're experiencing.
The DNA thing feels like something that was in the background of the story they told us last season, and now they want us to know that it's important to their overall story.

And then said something to Dorinda in the hallway/bathroom area - anything...you're slurring, please don't embarrass me or yourself, do you want to skip dinner, you're past tipsy, even OMG you're drunk
Wasn't Bethenny so concerned about Ramona embarrassing her in front of the "Important People" during the Tequila Trip last season, yet she drags Drunk Dorinda along with her to dinner with these people? I smell a conspiracy!
3 minutes ago, WireWrap said:She would have been better off taking Ramona or Sonja than Dorinda. She would have gotten the laughs she needed with a dash of drama but not the disturbing drunk behavior like she did with Dorinda.
The curious thing is that she knows Dorinda is capable of this type of behavior....and she brought her, regardless.

I'm sure that Bethenny had to take at least 1 HW with her for production to film her/her Partners relief trip but why did she pick someone that she knows is a nasty drunk, that she has accused of doing illegal drugs before and then sit in her room (followed by the hotel bar) drinking with her before introducing her to the rest of the B Strong relief team? WHY?
Because we're on TV!

It sounded like Bethenny had been drinking with Dorinda before they went to dinner, so I have a feeling she knew exactly what she was doing by bringing Dorinda with her. Bethenny knows how this game is played. And, their discussion on the plane felt so honest and real that I actually forgot I was watching a bunch of producer-manipulated antics.

They are both kind of enigmas to me, especially Laurel because she really does seem intelligent. I think they both know they have to make some type of move to really be in this, but then they cave at the last second.
When Laurel was reasoning out which side she should vote with just before they went to tribal, I got the impression that she's afraid to get her hands dirty and really play the game.

Is she the next Sniper From The Side?
I thought Teddy did a good job of excusing her "scathing" blog entries while still holding Erika and Dorit accountable for their misdeeds. The baby dolphin is learning to swim with the sharks!

It's funny that LVP says she thinks the audience should give Dorit another chance. Nice try at damage control.

Who knew that Jenna had such a personality??? I enjoyed her dry sense of humor at Ponderosa.
I was waiting for Michael and Libby to start arguing about which one is actually called Schmoopy.
