"A misdemeanor could technically result in jail time, but experts have told ABC News that, even if convicted, Jenner would be unlikely to face jail time for a misdemeanor charge because of her clean record. But it's clear, authorities say, the chain-reaction accident began with her."
The other thing we have to remember is that California routinely lets people out of jail early because of prison overcrowding. Remember when Lindsay Lohan only had to serve about two hours of her sentence? California is also very lenient when the accused is a celebrity, often not even giving them any jail time, or even a conviction, at all. Celebrities walk away from charges that would get the rest of us locked up for a long time. Celebrity status + money + power + good lawyers + good contacts = little or no punishment.
Still, I'm glad that something is being done about the death of Kim Howe in the accident.

In Touch, Aug. 19, 2015, "Lamar Odom speaks out: calls Khole Kardashian 'my wife' and 'soulmate' "
Here we go again. In Touch claims Lamar told them in an interview “A misunderstanding [the alleged assault outside the gym] between me and my wife became public. It’s hurtful. That woman is my wife. Without the ring on my finger. [Even] with her picture being taken with another man, that woman is my wife. She’s [my] soul mate," Lamar told the mag in his rambling interview. "I can’t control it. We’ll never part. I would never consider myself serious with another woman. To sum it up, if a man is attempting to court Khloé, he’s probably wasting his time.” He also reiterated that he and Khloe had spoken before he went to the gym area.
There is supposed to be more of the interview in the In Touch print edition, but I'm not going to buy one.
In Touch said they interviewed Lamar in a bar, Shutters on the Beach hotel bar in Santa Monica. They said it was a "lengthy, emotional and often-incoherent interview." So was he drunk or high when he said these things?
I still think Kris or Khloe told Lamar to come to the gym, or said things that made him think Khloe wanted to see him that day. But he does sound like he's gotten himself all effed up on alcohol and/or drugs.

Apparently Caitlyn is considering surgery to feminize her voice, after not getting good results with a vocal coach. The surgery is called feminization laryngoplasty, "which involves making the voice box smaller, and shortening the vocal cords to raise the pitch." It's risky. The article says "It is possible that Caitlyn could lose her voice altogether, which is a risk that she seems willing to take."
This seems pretty extreme to me, but the National Enquirer article says this surgery is often performed on male-to-female transgenders. Here's the original NE article:

She would have the surgery done after the filming of the I Am Cait show is finished, since the recovery requires that she not speak for two weeks.
I'm not sure what to think about this news. The National Enquirer is not exactly known for telling the truth. But it's true that Caitlyn seems to be very unhappy with her voice. Of course it doesn't sound like a feminine voice, but to me it never sounded like a "big manly voice" either, before the transition. It's always been kind of a thin reedy voice, odd for someone who has had a long career doing public speaking. You'd think she would have gotten a voice coach years ago to help with the public speaking.
I'm just afraid she won't be as satisfied as she thinks she'll be with a higher voice. What will she decide she needs to fix next? Will she decide she's too tall, or her feet are too big?
There are limits to what surgeries you can do to change your body. Does anybody remember the TV movie "Life and Loves of a She-Devil," adapted from Fay Weldon's novel? I mean the original BBC production starring the very tall and athletic-looking Julie T. Wallace, true to the book's character, not the crummy American remake starring short dumpy Roseanne Barr. The title character, Ruth, was a tall, big-boned, ugly woman who wanted revenge on her husband, who had left her for his mistress, short delicate Mary Fisher. I won't go into all the plot details here, but part of Ruth's diabolical plan is to have extreme plastic surgery to transform herself into the image of Mary. One thing Ruth demands the surgeon do is cut sections out of her long legs so she'll be as short as Mary. The surgeon objects, citing the risks of doing such extreme surgery for vanity, but Ruth is paying him so much he agrees to do it. She wants him to make her hands smaller too. He draws the line there and flatly refuses to operate on her hands, so she says she'll wear gloves the rest of her life.
In real life, surgeons do perform leg shortening or lengthening surgery, but it's done as a medical necessity to correct legs of unequal length due to disease, muscle problems, injury or birth defects.

Sorry I wandered a bit off track there. It's just that Caitlyn has already had so much surgery, and now she wants more. She seems to have some self-image she's trying to actualize of a supremely beautiful, youthful and glamorous woman. She's already been widely accepted as a transgender woman, but that isn't enough for her. Maybe this is the result of spending so many years with the Kardashians, who are addicted to plastic surgery, Botox, butt injections, facial fillers, false eyelashes, and every other enhancement they can find.

Maybe she wanted to communicate "We just did it, and I forgot to fasten my shorts back up." Or maybe she's just dying to pee and wanted to have her shorts part way down so she can be ready when she reaches the next bathroom.
Is this some new "gangsta" fashion thing? Maybe she's doing the female version of pants on the ground. Whatever she's doing with those partially-off shorts, it looks like pure sleaze.
I could understand her wearing the pants-down look for a cheesecake photo shoot (or a selfie, lol), but to walk around in public in St. Barts like that?

Initially this porn bidding war made me laugh. After the initial chuckle, however, I quickly felt a bit sorry for her because she's seen as nothing but a blow-up doll. To be sure, most of this is her own doing, what with all the pictures she posts, how she carries herself, the way she dresses, the things she does to her appearance and the company she keeps. I keep coming back to the fact that no one really guided this child (and yes, she's still a child to me even though she's still legal; my 15 year old niece has a much higher level of maturity, greater foresight and better ability to reason than Kylie apparently does).
I would be insulted if I turned 18 and discovered that all people were interested in was filming me having sex. Look, it was obvious that she wasn't be going to packing her bags and going to college -- or any higher education -- but it's telling that she's not a week into 18 and the porn offers are rolling in. The most interesting aspect of this will be how the rest of the family responds. In most situations it would lead to an AHA! moment, but though I don't expect any of them to encourage her to take any of these offers, I don't expect any change in behavior, either.
My feeling is if/when there's a porno, it will happen "by accident" and get leaked to make money. I have to believe even this family understands that making a sex tape specifically for the pornography market will put Kylie in a level she probably doesn't really want to be in. I'm sure it's one thing to "get caught" when you're having your fun and quite another to get paid up front to get filmed fucking your boyfriend.
Agree, Kylie has given the impression that she wants to be a sex symbol, with the breast implants, huge lips, all the suggestive bikini selfies she posts, and the revealing clothes she wears in public appearances. Also, she can't actually do anything else but be a sex object. She has very little education, and no talent that we can see. If she doesn't play up the sex angle, all she can do is hang around on the KUWTK show, be photographed with expensive cars, and be photographed going paces with that fugly Tyga.
Nope, Kylie probably doesn't want to start out at 18 as a professional pornstar. Where would she go from there? It seems likely to me too that she'll pretend the sex tape was "leaked." But I really think she'll do a nude photo shoot first. She might even try to pretend the paps were "spying" on her and "caught" her going topless at the beach. I'm sure she and Kris have had their heads together a lot lately, discussing which option would bring in the most money while looking the least crass and exploitative. Oh wait, Kris doesn't care whether any gigs she arranges for her daughters are exploitative. "Exploit" is her middle name.

Khloe is wearing a nightclub dress to show her sideboobs. What happened to her trip to Houston to hang out with James Hardin the Beard and get photo ops with the paps? She sure left Texas in a hurry.

Kim... ugh, just ugh. She's as big as a house. She's gained lot of weight all over, not just in the baby bump area. And what is going on with the famous baby bump anyway? In photos from Radar a couple of days ago the bump was perfectly round and fake-looking, especially with that huge dent in the belly button area. In the vacation photos the bump is a much less geometric shape, and the belly button dent has mysteriously disappeared. Her dress is just as tight as the one she wore in the Radar photos, so the bump should have looked the same. I'm beginning to believe the rumors about her wearing a series of different plastic strap-on pregnancy tummies. Or else she keeps changing the style of Spanx she wears? Maybe she also stuffs her belly button dent with leftover false eyelashes on the days she doesn't want it to show.

This is a 10-picture photo gallery of pregnant Kim walking around in her usual tight clothes. I do think she's really pregnant, but in photo no. 1 her baby bump looks totally fake. It looks like she turned a big salad mixing bowl backwards and taped it to her stomach. The edges of the round shape are too well-defined and the roundness is too perfect. The indentation of her belly button looks fake too.

Cait was very defensive with Kim and Khloe, and tried to control the conversations. She ordered both of them, "Don't go there," several times during their talks.
Kim came across as sincere and reasonable (I hate having to admit that!) and Khloe came across as angry and bitchy. I noticed that Kim went to Cait, visiting her at the Malibu house, but Cait had to go (be driven in a limo) to Khloe's house. Other than when they talked about Kris, the conversation with Khloe was pretty vapid and fake. Cait showed off her handbag -- "Donatella Versace gave it to me. It's not on the market yet." -- and Khloe corrected her: "You say, 'It's not in stores yet.' " They discussed their respective false eyelashes, and Khloe said Cait should go to their people to get eyelash extensions -- dumb, since Cait quite obvoiusly has her own glam squad. Then Khloe finally quit stroking her damn hair, and gave Cait a group texting lesson. They parted with a hug but I had the feeling Khloe hates Cait's guts.
I don't think Cait said anything all that bad about Kris in the VF article; I think Kim and Khloe were overreacting. However, Cait was being totally delusional to think that if Kris had accepted her wanting to be a woman, they'd still be together. As Kim said, Kris didn't want to be married to a lesbian. That's not what she signed up for in the marriage. Unless it's true that she knew Cait was trying to transition when they met (Cait's B cup estrogen-induced boobs), knew Cait secretly dressed in women's clothes, and either didn't care or thought she could change Cait's mind.
I despise Pimp Momma Kris, but I did think she looked truly hurt in the short clip they showed from next week's show, where she and Cait were talking. I will have to wait and see the whole segment before I can tell whether she was putting on an act.
The show sure is doing a big tease about a sexual attraction between Cait and Candis, with that "slumber party" segment. They were looking together at the skimpy, sheer, thigh-high loungewear in Candis' closet. Then Cait, in her conservative long-sleeved silk pajamas, asked what Candis wore to bed. Candis smirked, "Nothing." Okay then. Nude slumber party?
What is this about middle-aged women having a slumber party anyway? Am I out of the social loop, and grown women really do that, like middle school girls? Or do they just do it in Hollywood? Or just when they need to do something cheesy for their reality show?

So... now that I've seen Lamar's video on TMZ, it looks like we were right to suspect this was some kind of setup by Pimp Momma Kris to create a storyline for the show. I believe Lamar when he said that since he lives in Las Vegas now, why would he have come to L.A. and been at that place where Khloe was, if there hadn't been "some kind of communication" encouraging him to come?
My impression was that Lamar was dying to spill the beans -- he looked like he was exasperated and about to explode -- but he kept biting his tongue because of his non-disclosure agreement with that evil family. It's possible that there was also some kind of non-disclosure he had to agree to under the terms of the divorce. If he does tell all, as he threatened to do in the video, the Kards would surely sue him, and he probably doesn't have the money for a lawyer.
I believe Lamar did have a serious problem with drugs (maybe he is still a user?), but I do agree with him when he said they made him sound like such a horrible person that he "can't even get hired at Home Depot." Kris and Khloe destroyed his reputation so they could have a storyline for the show and make Khloe out to be the victim. Poor Khloe, such a devoted caring wife, she tried so hard to get him off drugs because he's the love of her life, she didn't want a divorce because she still loved him, but he rebuffed all her efforts and broke her heart... blah, blah, Kardashian crapola blah.
I'm not saying Lamar was innocent of everything the Kards accused him of, but it really is starting to look like they used him and left him twisting in the wind. Now they're trying to use him again.

Unfortunately, the Kardashian family has a history of telling so many lies and inventing so much fake drama that we never know whether to believe it when we read stories about something happening to them.
It's possible that this alleged stalking event was something Kris, Khloe and Lamar set up together as a new storyline for the KUWTK show. It's also possible that Lamar really is stalking her, and he might beat her up, or worse.
Why didn't Lamar throw a fit when she dated French Montana? Is he only upset now because she's dating an NBA player? Does he object to any other NBA man having her? Hits him too close to home?
Well, if this was really stalking, Khloe should get a bodyguard. But Lamar won't have any trouble finding her again. She posts all about her comings and goings on social media. Her public appearance gigs are pre-announced with places, dates and times.

I'm not really getting all this "I have to hide from the paparazzi" stuff, with Caitlyn changing cars when going someplace, hiding lying down on the back seat, looking for a remote villa to have a party, etc. Caitlyn wants to be a reality show star. From many reports, she hopes to have the I Am Cait series renewed for next season and beyond. She wants her present stardom to continue.
To keep your face in front of the public over time, you have to let yourself be photographed by the paps so you can stay in the media and get clicks on articles about you. (Those click statistics are worth money when you're negotiating your fee for a product endorsement or a public appearance.) The other Kardashian-Jenners actually make deals with the paps, and tell the favored paps ahead of time where they'll be. Many stars (and many D-listers too) have their publicists pay the tabloids to do articles about them. Cooperate with the paps and the tabs. It comes with the territory.
Maybe Caitlyn's no longer hiding from the paps right now, since the episodes of the I Am Cait show are [apparently] already all filmed, but even if you look at it in the context of the time the show was filmed, it seemed like she had a mercenary attitude. Like she was entitled to get paid [estimated] $5 million for the TV show, but nobody else should be allowed to profit from her transition. Caitlyn said "I've heard that the paps can get $250,000 for a picture of me." Okay, so why not let them take the damn pictures? Spread the wealth around. Paps have rent and bills to pay too.
Caitlyn's political philosophy is the conservative kind where the "trickle down of wealth" from rich people spending money and creating jobs is supposed to help the low and middle classes get ahead. So let some wealth trickle down to the paparazzi by allowing them to take the $250K pictures and the other "money shots." They'll spend the money locally -- at restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, dental clinics, car repair shops, veterinarians, and all sorts of other places where they need to buy products and services. These expenditures help create and sustain jobs for the businesses in the area. So Caitlyn should just smile for the cameras and let the money start trickling.

Kylie is vacationing in Mexico with Tyga now. Legal drinking age is 18 in Mexico, so I guess that's why they went there. Shoot, she left town before she even got a chance to drive that fancy Ferrari. If somebody gave me a fabulous car like a Ferrari, I would stay home with it for a while! I'd be admiring it, polishing it, learning about it, and driving it carefully every day so I could get used to it. But to Kylie, it's just another expensive toy. Nothing special. It's a shame to waste a car like that on her.
I was waiting to see some tabloid stories about her other birthday party in Montreal (drinking age is 18 in Canada), and then I realized that party doesn't take place until Aug. 16, next Saturday. Apparently this is a business deal, a paid appearance, not really a birthday party. Tyga won't be there and neither will any of the Kard-Jenner family.

Rob used to be in track, we saw video of then Bruce cheering him on and being at his meet. Kim's soccer team photos are all over the internet. Kendall used to be on the cheerleading squad, paparazzi used to follow her around when she went to her highschool meets. They all are great skiers/snowboarders. They were in team sports as kids.
The other bio kids, Brody and Brandon are big surfers. The Jenners are just overall fearless and active.

Something just occurred to me. Caitlyn has been a serious athlete all her life and is an Olympian gold medalist. Are any of the children involved in athletics? At least, I can't remember ever hearing anything about the children with Kris -- Kendall and Kylie -- being interested in sports or athletic activities. What about the children from the other two wives? Any star athletes among them?

NBC News, August 11, 2015, "FDA Warns Kim Kardashian About Instagram Drug Endorsement"
"An Instagram picture featuring Kardashian, morning sickness drug Diclegis and accompanying text promoting the drug's benefits garnered more than 450,000 "likes" but brought about a formal FDA warning letter for the drug's manufacturer.
"Part of the letter says, 'The social media post is misleading because it presents various efficacy claims for Diclegis, but fails to communicate any risk information..."
The article said Kim has taken the post down. The drug manufacturer, Duchesney USA, acknowledged that they paid her to promote Diclegis on her Instagram. [she also promoted it on her Facebook and twitter. TMZ said she'd deleted the post from Instagram and FB, but it was still on her twitter.] Duchesnay said they will cooperate with the FDA in making clear that the drug has risks.
So Kim might be required to post another selfie, giving the risks: "The FDA warning letter also requests Duchesnay offer corrections to the claims 'using the same media' for the same audience. That could mean a revised selfie for Kim's 42.4 million followers."

She never understood why everybody made fun of her during her first pregnancy, and she doesn't understand it this time either. People ridicule her because of the clothes she wears while pregnant, clothes so tight they look painted on, the 6-inch stiletto heels, and the tits always hanging out. She is so determined to keep looking "hot" throughout the entire pregnancy that she makes herself look ridiculous. Normal pregnant women wear looser, comfortable clothes and shoes. They think about being moms instead of being obsessed with looking sexy. Kim just posted a barely-covered-tits selfie a couple of days ago to show off her "mom boobs." That had nothing to do with anything maternal. It was just Kim shouting "Look at my boobs! Look how sexy I am!" for the 45,987,354th time.
Makes me wonder if Kim even wanted children, or if Kanye pressured her into it. She's made it very clear that pregnancy interferes with her sex doll look, and she doesn't like that.

Based on today's pix in the Daily Mail, I fear we are only minutes away from a "leaked" sex tape.
I'm just wondering which will come first: the sex tape, or a nude photo shoot in one of those obscure Internet magazines like Paper, the one that published Kim "breaking the Internet" with her nudie pix. Kris may be planning for Kylie to break the Internet for the K Klan again.

About those motocross boots. Cait's concern with her boots -- "These are my motocross boots. There's dust all over them! I need to take better care of my things." (approximate quote) -- puzzled me. When the group was at the motocross place, Cait said "I've been doing motocross all my life." Okay, then she would have gotten dust and mud on her boots a few hundred times by now. Why fuss about it at this point? I got the feeling she was complaining about the dusty boots as a way to avoid getting into the serious conversation.
About the bathing suit: I fail to see what was such a big deal about Cait wearing the one-piece white bathing suit. I'm not sure exactly when this episode was filmed, but hadn't the Vanity Fair issue with Cait on the cover already been released by then? The white corset thing she wore for the cover photo was just as revealing as the white bathing suit. The whole world had already seen her like that. Well, maybe her nervousness was about wearing a bathing suit in front of her new friends, instead of wearing almost the same outfit in the safety of a photographer's studio. Or it could have just been a scripted storyline about "I'm so nervous wearing a bathing suit for the first time." Then the script would have called for the other women to all go "Yay! You look great!" Yeah, what else could they have said?
I smell a scripted storyline coming up about the two-piece bathing suit. Are the producers building up to an episode where Cait wears a bikini? (Or is there a bikini photo shoot coming up?) I don't mean just any old two-piece bathing suit, but a Kardashian-style T&A-hanging-out suit. A "Kimberly" type of suit, as Cait said.
Let's get real here. Why is the question of Cait wearing a two-piece or bikini even coming up? She is 65 years old. Most women over 60 don't look good in a two-piece. No matter how much plastic surgery and liposuction you've had or how much you work out in the gym, your body just isn't going to look as good as a younger woman's body. Your skin will have saggy areas, and your skin/muscle tone is not youthful-looking. I'm not talking about regular women going to the pool or the beach; that's real life, and they should wear whatever kind of bathing suit they like. I'm talking about Cait the celebrity, and Cait who is so concerned about looking youthful, beautiful and glamorous. She should wear a suit that flatters a 65-year-old body, when she's wearing it for a TV show or a photo shoot. It would be aiming for sensationalism for her to pose in a bikini. (For example, the tabs would be posting side-by-side pictures of Cait and daughter Kylie in their respective bikinis.) But it would also be worth a lot of money and media attention, thus my suspicion about a Cait bikini storyline being in the works.

This show was more satisfying than Part 1 of the road trip, because Cait promised to pay for Blossom's nursing education. That was great. I hope Blossom is able to have a wonderful career as a nurse.
The segments with Rhonda were very interesting. I got a good perspective on her situation when Jennifer sat her down and compared Rhonda's current experience to what we go through when a close friend is getting married and turns into Bridezilla. Many of us have gone through that -- best friend starts ignoring us because she's so wrapped up in her boyfriend and her wedding plans. It's never the same after your friend gets married, because her attention is focused on her husband now. Then if your friend has a baby, and you don't have any children, you feel even more left out because your friend is concentrating on motherhood and talking about her baby all the time. Jennifer told Rhonda that Cait's change in behavior is like "Transzilla." Cait is preoccupied with her new life and new friends. I am starting to really like Jennifer. She's smart and she has a lot of insight about human behavior. When Jennifer brought up Rhonda's feelings to Cait, it ticked me off when the scene cut off without our being able to hear Cait's reply. I wanted to know what she said to Jennifer.
I didn't get the impression that Rhonda was in love with Cait or Bruce. I think Rhonda just has no life except for her job as Cait's assistant, and now she feels that's been taken away from her, and she's lonely. She also may be feeling a little hurt and jealous that she used to be the only person Cait could confide in, and now Cait has turned to all these new friends. Even if it's true that Cait auditioned all the new transgender friends and paid them to be on the show, she's still getting close to them and confiding in them instead of Rhonda.
I suspect that Rhonda was/still is overworked in her job as Cait's assistant (or whatever her job title is). It sounds like her job is the kind where the boss expects you to be on call 24/7. From what Rhonda said about taking Cait to the hospital at night many times and "nursing her back to health," it sounds like she had very little free time. So her whole life for the past two years consisted of being available whenever Cait needed her. Cait also made emotional demands on her by making her the sole confidant about the transgender thing. That must have been pretty stressful, and it is not a burden you should place on an employee. Although it's not unusual for a boss to get close to an employee in difficult circumstances like this, Cait's primary confidant should have been a professional therapist. If you pay a therapist enough, they will make themselves available at all hours, whenever you need to talk. Therapists have been trained to keep an emotional distance from their clients, so they don't feel hurt when the client moves on.
Cait, as a longtime very wealthy person, is probably used to having "the help." She may tend to treat them in a callous boss/employee way even if she does really like them on a personal level. Certainly this road trip was not a vacation for Rhonda, as Cait said it would be. It looked like Rhonda was at work the whole time, such as her being required to find a suitable Napa Valley rental villa on one day's notice.
However, I burst out laughing watching the scene at the end of the show where Rhonda told Cait she missed going to the movies together. Cait said, "Let's go to a movie right now! Get your stuff!" and they got up and left. That was such a male thing to do. When women are upset with our partners, we want to sit and talk about our feelings for a long time. Men don't want to listen to us go on and on about how we feel, especially if we want to cry. They get fidgety. They are action-oriented: "You have a problem? Okay, let's do something about it right this minute!" I've had that kind of experience many times.
Edited to add: I made the above comments based on the assumption that Rhonda is Cait's paid employee. If she isn't, and instead is just a friend volunteering her time to Cait, please excuse my mistake.-

Kylie and the car wrapping company, Sticker City, are posting on Instagram about it: "Kylie posted a snap on Instagram today showing she'd taken it to a get wrapped, this time opting for a shade of khaki, making it look like it belongs to an Action Man. Allrighty then. So much for Tyga having the car wrapped in red because that was Kylie's favorite color. But I still suspect the original story might be true, that Tyga "gave" her the car for her birthday. If she only borrowed the car that one evening to drive to her party -- as the K Krew is now insisting -- presumably she was going to give it back to Tyga the next day and start using her own car again. But she had the birthday car rewrapped in green, and apparently she's still driving it. If it walks like a gift, looks like a gift, and quacks like a gift ...

This is their page on Color Change wraps. They don't say how much it costs. They said the wraps can be removed easily. I got a kick out of No. 7 on their FAQ list: "Need to return a lease? The wrap is easily removable." This reminds me of the people who want to make others think they own their luxury car, when in fact they're just leasing.
Also, Sticker City could have added No. 8 to their list: "Repo man coming? Change your car color in one afternoon." That would go perfectly with No. 3 on their list, "Quick turnaround."
Edited to add: I just thought of something. Suppose this whole was-it-or-was-it-not-a-gift story was concocted because Kylie had an endorsement deal with Sticker City? The car gift controversy got a lot of tabloid media attention, and then Kylie just happens to get the car re-wrapped right away, and publicly thanks Sticker City on her widely viewed Instagram (where she pitches other products, such as the boob & butt enhancement cream). Or maybe Tyga did get caught flat-footed giving her the car for her birthday, when he didn't think anybody would figure out he'd previously given the same car to Blac Chyna. Momager Kris might have said, "Hey, Kylie, let's make lemonade out of lemons! Let's call up Sticker City and make a deal." Am I being too cynical?
