Helaena has heavily implied to be on the spectrum but also a "dreamer"/ greensee-er (I think that's the term for someone who has prophetic dreams?) Even from the first season when she talked about Aemond losing an eye. So I think that's what we're seeing, and also why she seemed to disassociate during her son's murder, it's because she already knew it was coming

You took the words out of my mouth. I thought Santiago's speech covered some bases and Armand and others would have altered the audiences memories. Totally OT: But did anyone else giggle when Lestat said he planned on draining "The Australians" at Roland Garos? EDIT: https://www.tumblr.com/ayo-edebiri/754086053213798400/i-need-to-study-louis-like-a-bug?source=share ...........oh

You can definitely see Lestat swaying on stage as Louis Madeline and Claudia have their sentences read out. That coupled with the way his clothes don't quite fit him and the way he frequently loses his train of thought it's almost like he's being......puppeted. I read the book spoilers from The Vampire Lestat (I think?) about what was happening to him from Lestat's point of view so I think its safe to say that Lestat wasn't all there and that Sam Reid's choices were deliberate.

LOL a lot of people brought up the way that Madeline was eating the apple but over on the Interview with the Vampire subreddit they pointed out it's a very old fashioned way of eating an apple especially if you had bad teeth. Given that this is post war its not inconceivable that Madeline (and others) had jaw and teeth problems from malnutrition due to rationing

Given how the remains of the food on the table had only just started to mould ( it looked like) I'd say about 2 weeks? Maybe but yeah a month at most

There's been a really good breakdown of the opening credits here on Twitter: Corlys Velaryon is black deal with it on Twitter: "The #HOTD opening is a Targaryen family tree/bloodline represented on King Viserys' Valyria model/diorama. What an amazing concept design. The tree obviously starts with Aegon the Conqueror himself. Here you can see the Doom of Valyria represented in his circle and his crown: https://t.co/g0PYyW4QWA" / Twitter and on Reddit here: House of the Dragon - Game of Thrones HBO Original (reddit.com) https://www.reddit.com/r/HouseOfTheDragon/comments/x0d4ak/hotd_intro_theoretical_breakdown/

Isn't it supposed to represent the Targ family tree?

That appeared to be Daemon's *wife* Lady Rhea Royce and if that was then they were at Runestone

Agree with all of this Viserys seemed to adore his wife and had real affection for her, so frankly Alicent would be in very good place if she did get married to him. How Rhaenya feels about it should that happen however....

Reva also *didn't* want him there to help her take down Anakin/Vader. She didn't trust that he could make the call to end him. She placed him in the bunker (un)secured precisely so that he could flee. I think it was always her plan that she would be standing alone to (in her mind) make the killing blow.

Waaaaaait a second. Wasn't the whole reason that Padme's ship had to land on Tatooine because they had a damaged hyperdrive? And with the whole theory that's going around on twitter that the episodes are paralleling Episodes 1-VI, and given that Episode VI starts on Tatooine could we a return to Tatooine for not just Reva, to get Luke but also for Leia?
-
EDIT: I didn't want to be bothered

Except that article you quoted says that *is* Hayden in the Costume some of the time. Tom O Connell does the fight and stunt work, Dmitrious Bistrevsky does the full body shots and Hayden does the mid range and emotional stuff. You can see it's Hayden by the way his shoulders move

The fact that Obi-Wan couldn't answer Reva when she asks him if they want the same thing. If Obi-Wan truly wants to kill Anakin is heart-breaking to me. After all of this, he can't say that he wants to.
