Watched Made for Each Other and the wife and we ran out of hooks upon which we could suspend our disbelief. All that said, it had it's moments and kept us entertained. I have one bit nit - I thought for sure that Clay was going to sacrifice himself by taking the amulet off and that Rachel was going to use it to animate the clay doggy that David magically wouldn't be allergic to! I WANT MY FRAKKING GOLEM DOGGY!!!

but has nothing left emotionally or relationally to give to J Jr. or the twins.
Wait, what?!? I knew J-Ju was his son but, as the kids say, I was "today years old" when I learned that the twins were his too!

I don’t like how the alphabetical order on the home page is running from top to bottom in one narrow column and then shifting over to another so you can’t find your place in the alphabet without going up and down multiple times. This is on an iPad.
I agree with this so much. Can we get back to a single alphabet from top to bottom?

Had to be pointed out to me, but it's Glassworks by Philip Glass
I was just coming here to see if anyone knew the xylophone piece and to join in on the sobfest. Damn, that was a punch in the feels!

I was really hoping that Cameron would've learned that his Grandma (it was the grandma, right?) was responsible for Mr. Deisinger's death.

There must've been some quick scrambling in Simpsons HQ. Skinner had a line referring to someone's "Rolls Royce Fidget Spinner" or some high-end brand like that but the closed-captioning said "Balenciaga Fannypack".

So who's writing GZ's material? Yesterday's gem was something like, "The chances are slim to none and slim just left town." Groan.

Saw the "Social Media" episode and had to comment that Geoffrey Zakarian ate the dessert ice cream with chopsticks?!? C'mon!

The camera viewer is a bit creepy.
And he's going to lose a puzzle piece if he can't start to control his anger!

My wife and I were just groaning on this and previous episodes when a photo of Sig's dad appeared in the wheelhouse. One would think that Discovery has serious daddy issues between Sig's new photo, Jakes's admittedly sad story about his dad, and the endless cutaways to the faded Phil Harris photo. Nobody's liver would be able to handle the Deadliest Catch Dead Dad drinking game.

I thought this was fantastic! Sinead was really ahead of her time!

Rick also needs to do better too, I mean he was told not to mess with the limiter and he went and messed with the limiter, geez
I was getting creepy vibes about Sylvester in that scene ... like he was leading Rick to do that. If it wasn't for the staff accepting Sylvester, I would think that he was being impersonated.

I thought it was funny that you could see Sofia Coppola's head under glass in the background of Nadja's interviews in her office.

I was just amazed that we had an entire episode that included the CM without any references to "the old man" or cuts to the faded picture. That took some amazing restraint on the part of the editing crew.

I almost forgot that this was the episode with the Succession spoof. Odd that they got soundalikes, (with the exception of Cousin Greg), but I'll allow it because John Lithgow, Paul F Tompkins, Krysten Ritter, and Seth Green were fine replacements (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's the first time ANY of them were on the show).
Lol, I was watching it and thought to myself, "wait, that character whined just like Chris Griffin" but then forgot to look to see who the guest voices were.

Finally binging this whole season. As with everyone, there's isn't a likable person in the bunch and the dialogue with endless, pithy quotes and pop culture references is not how real people talk. One thing I noticed is the endless stream of semi-obscure professional wrestling references (e.g. Ken Patera, Dusty Rhodes, George "The Animal: Steele, etc.). I refuse to believe that these hedge funders are that well versed in '80's and '90's wrestlers. - that's 30-40 years ago!!! Damn, now I just made myself sad that I'm old enough to know those references.

In a weird coincidence, the earlier Simpsons episode had Mr. Burns being hit by multiple cars and electrocuted while bouncing back and forth between power lines too. But, Burns is invincible and survived. Jamie the handyman wasn't quite as lucky.

So ... I'm not saying that Archie is the Trash Bag Killer but was that KJ pulling double-duty as the shirtless TBK in Betty's flashback scene?

What does every think these contracts do to the showing of their older movies in the future? Hallmark pulled Lori Laughlin's movies out of the rotation when her legal troubles occurred. Will they pull CCB's or others' movies from the rotation due to their now exclusive contracts with GAC?

I think got whiplash from all the weather changes. We seemed to go from clear grass to the depths of winter when Sarah & Danny were talking by the lake back to completely bare roads & sidewalks when Sarah got back into town. Damn, this global warming isn't messing around!!!

I'm finally getting around to watching this off my dvr but why couldn't they have had the big, bad corporation pay to move the house to a new location? There are ways to pick up a house and move it. It's expensive and time consuming but I wasn't sure why that wasn't an option at all.

Deirdre and Scott watching Larry on the surveillance camera was hilarious!
It was like watching a nanny cam stream of your toddler when you set them down for bed and they don't want to go to sleep yet. That's it - Larry is just a big toddler!

I don't know what made me think of this pair but I'll guess that Banana Split is Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. She does sing and he does ... nothing. I snickered when someone said, "Oh, he's playing the drums.". No, he wasn't playing them or the piano. He's just going through the motions.
Anybody Watching 2023?

Yeah, still watching but only because I'm too lazy to remove it from my DVR scheduler.
