They seem to be make a grand effort to make sure to include everything in this shortened season - a mole, torture, incredibly close calls, chase scenes (of sorts), and all the main 24 opponents are represented - Russia, China, and the Middle East. I am assuming, that the mole subplot will have something to do with China, since the husband was convicted of selling secrets to China. I like how Jack is getting in touch with his emotions - "I probably shouldn't have tortured her, but I just hate them so much." It was like he was acknowledging that sometimes he hurts people because he doesn't like them.

The line I always listen for is "It's complicated." I believe he didn't say it this season until the 4th hour and then he said it about his relationship with Audrey. Kind of disappointing.

That would have been better that what Daran did. I would have gone with the obvious - eyeballs circling the head, but I would have had some of them be on "antenna" and make them move via remote control. Because, if I can pretend that I am on this show, then I can pretend that I have the knowledge and ability to put eyeballs on antenna and make them move. This is my first post on Previously.TV (r.i.p. TWOP). I wish it were more profound, but at least it is on the forum of one of my favorite shows. Love the lack of manufactured drama.
