Brooks Tells All
Scrambled Fog replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
That was an awesome article! Especially this part. - "ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER HERE." It should have been the public service announcement that should have aired b4 every RHOC episode. IMO. -

Evolution Media, Bravo, the cast, and NBCUniversal are all complicit in the scam. That is my opinion. -
Brooks Tells All

E and Bravo are both owned by NBCUniversal. IMO, the "investigation" and "interview" E did on Babbling was all done to perpetuate a storyline. Also, IMO, it was an ineffective attempt at image rehab for Bravo. Bravo insisted on having Babbling as a cast member. They filmed the material and aired it. Bravo could have made different choices. They didn't. Instead, they made money. ---- -

Tamra Judge: Naked Wasted
Scrambled Fog replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
Unless Tamra Judge is offering her *expert* opinion as a liar, she does not have any business calling out anyone else on their lies. Furthermore, she has no business calling out anyone on their morals and ethics, unless of course she is offering her *expert* opinion on what it is like to live w/o morals and ethics. Look, she even lies in her quote. She never let the Babbling Brooks thing go. - Speaking to E! News Tuesday, Judge said, "From day one I called him out. I felt he was a con man. I could see it in his eyes and nothing he said was making sense. He's a charmer, but then you get to know him and after a while his stories don't add up. In the end, I stopped questioning him as much, started accepting him for Vicki. I knew that if I let go, he would do it to himself." http://www.eonline.com/news/715157/tamra-judge-incensed-by-brook-ayers-many-lies-is-your-ass-jealous-of-the-s-t-that-comes-out-of-your-mouth Why was all the righteous indignation curiously absent from NBCUniversal when Tamra dispatched her son to date rape her coworker? There was nary a quick peak taken to find out what went on in Tamra's bathroom, let alone an "investigation". -

It looks like Heather wants to reconvene the Warren Commission. http://m.eonline.com/news/715246/real-housewives-heather-dubrow-wants-vicki-gunvalson-to-answer-for-brooks-ayers-lies-when-did-she-know I really like Heather when she said, “If you feel I'm talking down to you, I probably am, because you're acting like a moron”. That was the last time I said I really liked Heather. If Heather can't reconvene the Warren Commission, maybe she can tap Ken Starr to investigate, and to draft a super uber pervy report?

Vicki Gunvalson: Her Love Tank Runneth Over
Scrambled Fog replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
I listened to the interview again, and if Vicki is talking about the same event you referenced, what she said in the interview did not contradict what she stated at the reunion, IMO. To paraphrase, Vicki said the alleged treatment Babbling underwent at the end of Oct. was his first alleged treatment and she wanted to be there. She said she went to pick him up. She parked her car and went in. Babbling was there all morning. This an inference on my part, but I took it to mean Babbling got to COH via some other means and Vicki was there to support him and drive him home. That still doesn't mean one or both of them aren't lying though. -

If Babbling Brooks forged an actual doctor's signature, it is a felony in most states. I don't know about California though. There is woman who was jailed in Florida recently for forging a doctor's signature on a note she used to be excused fr/ work. -

This is fr/ Extra - Vicki sat down with "Extra's" Mario Lopez to tell her side of the story amidst the news that Brooks was never treated for cancer at City of Hope Medical Center. Vicki said, "I'm completely shocked. I've seen the bills, I went to City of Hope." She revealed she picked him up at the facility when he was allegedly getting his first treatment of chemo, going in the hospital to wait for hours for him, tearing up. "He was there all morning so how do you think anything other than he's getting chemo? You go to City of Hope because you have cancer, not because you have nothing else to do during the day." http://extratv.com/2015/11/11/vicki-gunvalson-breaks-silence-on-controversy-surrounding-brooks-ayers-cancer/ -

I don't know what to make of this - "I'm completely shocked. I've seen the bills, I went to City of Hope,” Gunvalson recalled, revealing that she even waited for hours for her ex at the hospitalduring one alleged chemo treatment. "He was there all morning so how do you think anything other than he's getting chemo? You go to City of Hope because you have cancer, not because you have nothing else to do during the day." Meghan King Edmonds: Third Wife's a Charm

I understand and appreciate what you are saying. From my point of view, Meghan lied about having cancer herself and took time away fr/ legitimate patients w/ legitimate issues. The woman has serious problems w/ boundaries. Her behavior is inexcusable, IMO. -

S10.E22: Reunion Part 3
Scrambled Fog replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
To conduct a search of patient records you need two identifiers: the patient's name accurately spelled, and it must match the spelling in the patient's chart, and another identifier like DOB. Both identifiers have to be accurate and match the information in the patient's chart otherwise your search will pull up Zero results. Zero. A system which is compliant w/ HIPAA, HITECH, and JCAHO laws and regulations will not pull up near matches. ---- Man. I quoted the wrong post. I meant to quote Breezy424's post. Sorry. My apologies. Time for me to go to bed. Goodnight everyone! ---- -
S10.E22: Reunion Part 3
Scrambled Fog replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
This is the search criteria- Quote Patient identification (PID), according to The Joint Commission’s (TJC) National Patient Safety Goal (NPSG) 01.01.01, (Improve the accuracy of patient identification), (paraphrasing),it is using two identifiers, such as name, date of birth, medical record number, etc., when providing care, treatment or services. This is to ensure that you have the right person before administering healthcare services, especially at critical times when patient safety is at risk. Patient identification process – TJC, through NPSG 01.01.01, implies that this is how you identify a patient when performing a specific task associated with patient care. The contention of this author is that the PID process encompasses correctly identifying the patient at all critical points where patient safety is at risk. This spans the time from the moment the patient enters the healthcare facility, to the moment the patient leaves. This includes not only ordering and administering medication, blood and blood products, lab specimens, and other treatments or procedures, (and all critical points within those processes), but also registering the patient when entering the facility, when care of the patient is being transferred to another provider (patient handoff), and when the patient is discharged or transferred to another facility outside of the current healthcare system. The PID process includes patient identification at all points of care that puts patient safety at risk or jeopardizes the integrity of patient data within the EHR. S10.E22: Reunion Part 3

A healthcare worker cannot go on a fishing expedition through patient records hoping to confirm someone is or isn't a patient by entering in multiple spellings and renditions of a maybe patient's name. -
S10.E22: Reunion Part 3
Scrambled Fog replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
OK. Thanks. *If* those documents are legit, and City of Hope really did confirm a David Brooks Ayers as not being a patient, I doubt the representative would have been able to confirm a David B Ayers as not being a patient as well. Digitized medical records systems don't work that way for security and privacy reasons. When going into a medical records system, you have to know precisely who you are looking for, with the correct spelling. It is set up that way so the healthcare worker only accesses the patient information they only have legitimate reasons to research, and don't accidentally access patient information they have no legitimate reason to access. I hope what I wrote makes sense. -

I just want to make sure I understand you correctly. Are you saying if City of Hope confirmed a David Brooks Ayers as not being a patient of theirs, they confirmed a David B. Ayers as not a patient as well by default? Or did I completely miss your point? ---- -
