It was quite amusing listening the famous greek naughty word of... "mala**" on SVU, I believe that's a first. The actor could definitely speak Greek. I can assure you though, that 85000$ are not a big deal to live here, even if our economy is screwed, you can't even buy a decent apartment with this money. I agree that it was a refreshing case and I liked all the squad contributing and the happy ending. Of course Olivia can also save "jumpers", but hey, nothing surprise us anymore, right? It actually made me laugh. And I will never ever never understand how people keep exchanging explicit photos or even taking ones. They never learn...

The case was very interesting and sad. But I am kind of tired of trying to connect each effing case to the main character's lives and traumas. Enough already...

S04.E10: My Best Friend’s Wedding

Overall I enjoyed the season, even if it was the weakest of the lot. The main trio and their chemistry are enough to save it! I think the main problem was the overcrowded special guest cast parade which showed weak writing. Weak writing like the moment Mabel realized the bad guy was the writer and she just confronted him while being alone in a room with him. Since when Mabel is that stupid? I also cannot stand of Sazz (and the actress). I am glad we won't get to see her again. Hopefully! I think the series might suffer a bit because of its title. Only murders in a building.. yes it is a comedy, yes it is TV fiction, but still, even if its a big building, there are way too many murders happening there. Aw...poor Lester..... -
Realism on TV happens very rarely, even in shows that take themselves seriously and they are supposed to be realistic. For example, I find "the Americans" completely unrealistic. Or recent Law and Order court scenes where judges seem to decide whatever fits the writer's needs. I am honestly not sure if there are any current TV scripted series that are realistic. Sometimes it gets really annoying and end ups a dealbreaker. Personally, I do not watch Elsbeth for it's realism but for its interesting and usually eccentric universe. I find it entertaining, even if often over the top. Still I can get it if someone gets frustrated from the lack of realism and the annoying plot devices.

I find the premise believable. 14y olds can "copy" things they see in the net by themselves without thinking the consequences, imagine if your own dad actually shows you this stuff and encourages you. Still, the episode wasn't as good.

So the guy had 10mil of gold in his basement... worries about the end of USA/World, but opens the door without even checking (or having) a camera who knocks. I don't even own a safe, or anything in gold, but when someone knocks on my front door I always check first before I open. And I am not paranoid for the end of the world. Apart from that it was an almost decent episode. At this point, the whole "holly Benson will consult all victims out there" doesn't annoy me as much as it used to be. Because it is a popular show, there is a lot of violence and rape victims out there and even if one gets help or thinks of getting help thanks to Benson's whispering, that would be enough of a reason to tolerate Saint Olivia.

That was a "Meh" episode. I find the L&O episodes with the main characters personal drama the weakest. The naughty Bro was irritating but his cop brother was even worse and all of his attempts to cover for him should had him kicked out of police. Plus the motive for the murder was really weak. Nice to see Katee having her 2nd appearance in the L&O universe, although it was too short.

S04.E09: Escape From Planet Klongo

Great episode. I don't really care about the murderer revelation, what makes me watch this show is its main cast. That scene between the "old married couple" was amazing. Superb acting. -
2 decent episodes in a row? and without Mad... (won't say her whole name, she might appear like Beetlejuice). Wow SVU, you are spoiling us! And if we get an actual good episode I might not be able to handle! Isn't that case with all police/crime series? It is always the heroes/stars who are in charge. Makes me smile every time, in any show, when in all these big police stations dozen of police officers are completely ignored in favor of our "heroes". I would watch a spinoff with Bruno and Fin. "Law and Order: the cool guys"?

I gave up on SVU last season cause of Olivia and her obsession with M (don't even dare to write her name in case she reappears) but on this one I was 100% with Benson. Cause as much as St Olivia is annoying, this doesn't mean her badly written character should affect my judgement for the case of the week. I do not think murder is the answer, but at the same time I understand how much unprotected are (usually) women when they have to deal with stalkers and creeps. Restrain orders are a joke that usually does not work and there are so many cases where the stalker ends up hurting or even killing the victim, despite the latter's complains to the police. The system had failed the accused in every way making her not trusting it anymore and taking the law in her own hands. That was actually a very good episode, something I haden't said for L&O for quite some time.

Nope. As much I like her, I found her character insufferable. It is like they are trying too much to have all this over the top characters. Over the top cast, directors, producers, neighbors, relatives... Quantity usually doesn't equal quality...

I do not think Glenn killed Sazz cause I do not think Sazz is dead. Of course I could be wrong, but when we don't have a body but just "remains", usually the victim turns out to be alive. In other news, that "a few good men" scene was the worst joke in the show's history.
-
Next season I hope there are no more ultra famous people as special guest stars. Only the Arconia residents and new and relatively unknown actors. This is just too much. And I love Melissa.

Are we sure Sazz is dead? I hope she is cause I cannot stand of her, but we never had a body so...
