  1. Was I the only one distracted by Mary Louise Parker 's (new?) face?
  2. This episode was SO frustrating... So much stupidity... the writers, the characters, the show... Geez...
  3. There is something not going right with this season. I know, right? And Leaphorn is shown super competent, like when he found the drugs-farmer, but at the same time very stupid. The bad guys have Bernie's official photo, which means they are very well connected and powerful, but neither Joe or anyone else, think that the same people would want the prisoner dead and the police station needs more protection. And he goes to replace a fuse leaving him alone... I mean really??? Dumb writing. I dunno if Joe killing Vines was in the books, but this plot is not good and it is repetitive and doesn't seem to go anywhere till now. It is like a waste of time.
  4. We will! It has been renewed. Curious to see how they gonna handle it.
  5. So...you want to take that government guy's card... and the simplest way is to orchestrate a whole "highjack a bus" operation where a bazillion of things could go wrong? Instead of ... I dunno hire some competent hacker or something. Lol! And yes, Monica has started to annoy me more than Elijah.. although I have to admit she dresses much better. And Bailey Bond has become simply ridiculous. Otherwise, this could had been a decent episode, well for the recent Rookie's standards, that is. EDITED: to add one of the funniest things I read on Reddit for this show:
  6. Interesting case and debate but poor execution. I am sick and tired almost all judges act just to accommodate the writers' needs. It has become ridiculous and frustrating. I think the most possible outcome should be a hung jury, exactly because the health insurance topic is very divisive. Legally, what the guy did was a crime. But public opinion is a part of justice, right?
  7. Maybe the Rancher boss just allows things to happen so he won't get into to trouble or exchanges services with the bad guys. I have the feeling Manualito's boss is shady. That Budge dude is much scarier than the idiotic psycho from last season.
  8. Absolutely satisfying end. The murderer was the worst person of all and I am glad Cordelia got her. Every actor was great, but Giancarlo Esposito was amazing. Dedicated to Andre Braugher, who was supposed to play Wynter, but.... :( Overall a very entertaining series. Very well acted, directed and written. Maybe 1 episode too long, but still I was never bored. Series MPV: I am between the calligrapher who had lost his mojo and Patrick Doumbe's crazy eyes! I wouldn't mind to see Cordelia Cap in our screens again. Make it happen please!
  9. And we learned why the president tolerates the blonde idiot and her "renovations", she is the daughter of a very rich man.. She probably hasn't even noticed!
  10. Omg, so far it is so funny! so funny! There are so many moments I LOLed. Everything is perfect. The cast is great, even the extras and the very small parts are great. The script is witty, directing and editing are also great. I just hope it will continue this well. MVP of the episode, the calligrapher, with runner up Kylie.
  11. Zuzu (really???) asking him if Bailey liked her watch.
  12. Zuzu? really? what kind of name is this? Zuzu could be the name of a small dog. Or the name of a Moulin Rouge dancer. Not the name of evil "AI". Zuzu? I mean.. common! So the liar has gone? that was a bit dull. I don't think he is a villain, probably does something in parallel that he can't talk about. Nah, who I am trying to kid, of course he can be a serial killer. Or Zuzu. Oh and I can't say I like the songwriter dude.. boring.
  13. Lack of realism and suspend of disbelief is getting bigger and bigger every TV season for most of the shows. I has become quite frustrating.
  14. Maybe the Evil Judge is also one of the Psychic's clients so she knows things. So the new officer is "they". Am I the only one totally confused by the recent use of "they" on TV? I have a close friend who is non binary, but nothing is confusing cause when we talk in person I call them by name. On Tv though, It takes me a while (if not at all, lol) to realize if the mention of "they" refers to a person or many.
