my uo is that i never believed "that other matter" happened..

according to tmz, kristoff st. john was found dead...he was 52. rest in peace kristoff.

i haven't had the flu in quite a few years...i get a flu shot every year. when we lived in squamish, my dr. there advised me to get them due to taking immunosuppressants for my ra. this last time we had to have them done at the pharmacy as all the public flu clinics seemed to be for just families with little children. feel better soon ohio....

he might enjoy it after the newness wears off peaches..there will be people around to talk to, probably a coffee pot that is always on or tea if he prefers. lounge areas where they all gather.. best of all, there will be caregivers and medical attention around constantly should he fall again..

and why didn't turd know about the room behind the wall? he had the house built just a couple of years ago...did the contractor go rogue and decide to put in a hidden room just for yucks? mal's feb. sweeps make no sense.

i'm as old as dirt but still afraid of the dark.....i don't sleep when i am alone at night if hubby has gone away for a couple of days to see his friend on texada.. i leave the lights on, make sure the dog is in the house..sometimes, i will just sleep (or try to anyway) on the couch.

that movie terrified me and my daughter.. when she was younger she wouldn't go downstairs to the basement alone..

when we lived in northern bc in the 70's our basement was a dug out cistern...after the first couple of times having frozen or busted pipes, hubby learned about leaving just a light bulb on and it worked...sometimes when it was bitterly cold tho, we would leave a tap dripping to keep pipes open.

probably got his fingers smacked for leaking out what tptb didn't want leaked..

got a "recall" notice from my denturist so had my appt. yesterday. told him my lower denture was making my mouth hurt and it was hard to eat..he said there was also a sore there...then he fixed my denture.. made all the difference...then he told me i had to have dentures relined...$700..le sigh. guess i will put it on the credit card cause it has to be done..seems i have some bone loss..:(

lol, i remember when tamin something or other played colleen and her accent always came shining thru...hated her colleen..

but adam didn't have an ausi irish or british accent which those actors did...guess they are the ones who didn't get the job tho.. kinda sorta do wish adam was back...at least he was naturally evil like his dad which nick isn't and looks ridiculous thinking he's all bad azz instead of a putz.

we have a wood stove down in our family room...we use that most of the winter and hardly ever turn on our electric heat..

LOL out our back gate to the trail we have "snowdrops" growing right now...hubby said he noticed a woman and her daughter at the back gate so he went over to them..the lady was taking pics of the flowers and said she was going to send them to her sister in edmonton and gloat.
