OK Gang, the discussion of what is or isn't ok to shame/discuss is off topic for an episode thread. If you see a post you think violates the rules please report it and we'll take it from there. If you want to have some esoteric discussion of what is or isn't a viable option for "judging" these women I guess you can go to Small Talk with it but keep in mind that at the end of the day the rule here is to talk about the show, not your fellow posters. Period. Discussion of what is or isn't "right" to "judge" is talking about your fellow posters so it definitely doesn't fit in an episode thread.

Oh totally. He’s a shit show for sure. And I really dislike him. I’m honestly surprised he even tried to take it again.

I think the theory is that your essays are scrutinized more thoroughly every time you take it. The thing with the California Bar is it's 5 one hour long essay questions, 200 multiple choice questions and a 90 minute performance test, which is like a fake case you have to brief (write pleadings for and make an argument etc.) so you could get all 200 multiple choice questions right and still fail based on the essays and performance test. It isn't just about memorizing facts or being able to recall cases. Sometimes people get the question right even if they're technically "wrong" based on a case they site not applying or having the law wrong but they make a great argument and get given points for that.

To be fair to Shane (blech) the Bar gets harder every time you fail it as well, so the percentage of passing goes down. California is the hardest bar in the country and they don't let you waive in for experience/passing another Bar like most states do (some others don't as well) but STILL, to fail 3 times? He's never passing now.

The only reason we didn’t kill you N1 was because I hate the habit (for lack of a better word) of killing off the talking players since they’re more of a threat. I am glad at least we didn’t waste a Night kill on your protected self.

Maybe if it wasn’t N1 I would have felt differently.

My logic was that often we are told we aren’t allowed to share our PM so I figured that part was logical. Honestly even as a hero I doubt I’d have just copied and pasted my pm to someone I didn’t know... I mean the question worked. @Drogo basically took out the whole villain team so clearly I’m wrong.

I also went to Jail so early we had no real reads on anyone and we (the villains) thought that there may be a ravager team consisting of Yondu and some others and I was convinced the logical role for Jailkeeper would be Nova Corps so I was just afraid to claim anyone since half the players seemed to think Yondu and the Collector were villains and I didn’t want to be like “I’m the Michael Rosenbaum character” and then get executed because the Jailkeeper thought that was a villain role lol.

Btw did @SilverStormm send you the last part of my answer where I thanked you for two hots and a cot and for keeping me safe? Also I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE no one else thought @deajasaying no one ever resigned on TWW was shady! Like, I knew she wasn’t a villain and I knew the whole West Wing thing wasn’t a clue but STILL!!! This is why I’m not a writer! That might have worked!

It seemed so legit to me. We’ve had multiple games where we can’t say certain things or only have powers on certain nights etc. so I thought it was the safest way to go without outright claiming a role and making up a PM. I should have gone with my initial instinct which was to say I was the Power Stone and make up some powers lol.

True. I didn’t. But that would have at least confused things! I’m all for confused heroes lol.

Man! I thought my response to @Drogo was really good! (Btw we figured out it was you by N3 but you had killed us all by then so it didn’t matter) I have to say, as a villain being in jail from the SECOND twilight started until the Day story posted was torture! Not because I couldn’t use my ability but because I knew my team was wondering where the hell I was! I was really hoping that the deflection LC used on me would still go through and the execution wouldn’t work but oh well.

Hey, I'm dead first two games in a row. I'm beginning to think y'all just don't want me around.

Yeah, so "baby" is generous but Yoda was 900 something when he died so I guess that species ages reallllly slowly. As there's only one other "Yoda" we've ever seen and apparently she's female I wonder if this is their baby? Or... I wonder how they reproduce... I have so many questions! My main one being "They're definitely making baby Yodas for Christmas right? I NEED A BABY YODA"
