  1. I'm thinking that Kevin and Chloe are in cahoots and given that he's due to be leaving the show this summer, he and Chloe will go hide off somewhere to raise Bella.
  2. I'm surprised that no one has suspected that Hannah will change her mind and have an abortion after all. I think that is how Lena et al will end this story line - it might tie into Lena's recent comment that she had wished she had had an abortion so that she could normalize it as an occurrence in women's lives, and so that she could by extension reduce the stigmatization of women who have had an abortion. As far as her mother goes - I get her position. Losing the companionship of a partner after 30+ years must be very difficult. Much like the experience of a widow/er. And I don't blame her one bit for doubting that she'll find love at her age. What are those dismal stats that have been blared out at us and which speak to the minimal likelihood of a woman getting married after the age of 30? What's a woman who has to be pushing 60 to think? And as for her comments and generally crappy attitude, I noticed she became more loose lipped with every gummy. I think she may have been more careful while uttering her truths had she not felt so uninhibited.
  3. I appreciated the time lapse and Meredith being absent from this episode feels right as old Meredith is likely gone. The show didn't make it clear though, was she contemplating suicide or adoption? As for the rest of the episode, I was irritated by the whole bailey and her husband dialogue. It's seemed too laizze faire. I get that sometimes hard, awkward conversations turn silly due to the seriousness of their nature, but they were going on and on as though this were purely hypothetical and not something two cherished friends just went through. As for Emilia - meh. She is a drama llama but she has defined and embodied her character well. Owen is too much of a hound dog and just comes across as a player to me - nongenuine. As though he's putting on a role that he imagines his conquest desires. Like he really has no strong sense of Self. Anyway, Meredith's grief was palpable. You could sense her absence of him in every word, gesture, and glance she made. And not only could you sense the absence of him in her, but her resoluteness in functionality, but also eternal brokenness.
  4. Looks like google is telling us that revenge is cancelled with the last episode being May 10th.
