I also thought the end scene worked. It's one of the only times we've actually seen them talk real feelings for more than a second. And Beckett really seemed conflicted before finally falling into the hug.

Yeah, he goes out of his way to act like she doesn't exist while at the same time specifically complimenting every single other fellow main actor on the show. At this point it has to be intentional. I agree. It's getting incredibly old that Nathan compliments literally every actor, crew member and piece of gravel in the episode except Stana, whose existence he ignores. And she even directly tweeted him a couple times tonight.

I thought it was a decent episode. More of a setup than a great standalone. Stana carried the episode though, without her it's boring and terrible.

That's proof AWM has no freaking idea what he says and what it means. He just talks out of his ass.

Regarding Forever's similarities to Castle, the main female character also wears a necklace holding the ring of a dead loved one (her husband).

They've really painted themselves into a corner now. Do they give fans the clip for effort and teach people their rules don't matter or just keep from releasing it altogether and further alienate a very unhappy fanbase?

Kate Jennings is definitely cup half full, but she highly disliked FBFW (would maybe even say she hated it if she wasn't in her position).

The DVD commentary for Belly of the Beast just taught me that Amann rhymes with Ramen not said like "a mon." ETA: this entire commentary is basically Marlowe, Amann and Bowman self congratulating each other. And Marlowe saying "delicious" makes my skin crawl.

I'm halfway through Raging Heat and it's amazing how much better Rook/Heat are written than Caskett. It's kind of comical.

I guess viewers of the screener were asked not to reveal if Castle is found by the end of the episode, which means we won't know if they actually show a meaningful reunion.
