The new season is released. Haven’t watched episode 1 yet but putting the news out there.

I just recently discovered that in the Competitive Reality listings, the free Pluto TV app has a TAR channel. It’s nothing but one episode after another all day long. I need to find the time to watch the early seasons.

In order: 1, 2, 7, 8. IMHO!

The only way to eat okra is southern fried and salted. My mom made the best. Boiled okra is an abomination to mankind. Even okra in gumbo is gross.

I find that I sleep better when I limit screen time. I get eye and brain fatigue if I’m on too much. Also, my area has such a limited window of great weather before the mosquitoes, heat, humidity suffocate us and I’m going to make the most of staying outside until then!

A few years ago, I installed the baseboards in a few rooms for two reasons. One to save money and one to see if I could. Ooh, the learning curve was frustrating! Those darn angles! But I did it.

What a spectacular final! I do appreciate that on IG earlier today, before the winner was posted on the MC account, they did a “spoiler alert” countdown of about five seconds so you could quickly click away before the reveal. Well done, show. Now to get the Gregg situation sorted out.

Chiara is the female chef and she is amazing isn’t she! I like all three finalists but Dan is my favorite by just a skosh . I felt so badly for Gaston too. Not just because of the sauce fiasco but the grainy mousse. That’s a cardinal sin! Regarding Monica’s butterplug comment, I lol’d when she said it. My own late precious mother had a spicy sense of humor. If true, I don’t care for comments like what Gregg supposedly said to the ghostwriter about the eton mess. I don’t consider that an innocent innuendo. That said, I’d hate to see him leave the franchise. I agree with @TVbitch that is tough to lose a prominent host or judge (Roux vs Waring) but it will all work out. I would add more but this forum hates it when I post a response via iPad. I bet my post here disappeared five times so I’ll stop now! 😂😂

Oh dear. I really enjoy Gregg on the Masterchef franchise. He clearly must be dropped. Edited to add: the incident I read about were the “eton mess” lewd comments he made to his ghostwriter. I have since read a few suggestive comments made during shows but really those were nothing that you don’t already hear on a lot of shows. Mel and Sue, Noel, others make innuendos quite frequently. But the eton mess comments were directed toward a particular person and suggestive about what she might do with the eton mess. I welcome anyone else’s thoughts on this. Should they drop Gregg?

The Gregg Wallace debacle??? Guess I need to google what that is. This week’s episodes were so impressive. I’m rooting for all of them.

Why were you waiting for the landlord to ask? I know he’s kind of been flaky to you in the past but I think I would have offered to help. 🤷🏻‍♀️
