Lantern7 June 20, 2014 Share June 20, 2014 That was a fun, angst-free episode. Sure, it spoke of the temptation of having too much money, but there wasn't any real drama. Just an out-of-control Jake trying to make Wildberry Kingdom citizens to do stuff for money that they're not comfortable doing. Also: Wildberry Princess = Maria Bamford, and that's always a bonus. And with a juice-stained Finn, there's a good chance that he might've killed a berry-person, or severely wounded one. Link to comment
theatremouse June 20, 2014 Share June 20, 2014 The whole schtick with the elephant made me sort of uncomfortable, even though he was presented as absolutely cool with it. Link to comment

Yeah, that weirded me out a bit - instead of actually giving money to poor people, he ended up popping them! (That whole bit reminded me pretty strongly of Jesse on Breaking Bad driving around throwing money out his car window.) BMO as Robin Hood is great. Link to comment
lathspel June 23, 2014 Share June 23, 2014 (edited) You could take this episode as social satire, but you don't have to. I'm enjoying the recent lack of angst. Edited June 23, 2014 by lathspel Link to comment
