I'm not sure why there isn't a new episode on 2/19 since the big 4 networks all have new shows. Even PBS is new but the CW is reruns.

I think the CW generally runs reruns the week of a federal holiday. In this instance, Presidents Day is observed on Monday May 18th.

CW 2021 schedule

The CW announced that it will start its new season in January 2021 with Roswell, New Mexico being held for midseason which will start in May 2021.
