Anna Yolei September 7, 2015 Share September 7, 2015 (edited) Started Season Two, where Amy goes into full on bitch mode, scheeching about the audacity of her 40 year old mother getting pregnant, having Ricky being the only one that can quiet the baby and being pissed that Ben insists on babysitting despite having no dissernable reason to put up with her, and whining about going to Grace's dad's funeral, who she barely knew. Oh wow, she has TWO guys competing to take care of her kid AND a house to raise her kid rent free! She has to work SOOOOOOOO HARD, everyone! BTW, for anyone new to the series that might read this, that's just the first three episodes of this season. Suffice it to say rich entitlement brats on Super Sweet 16 that throw temper tantrums for having their car revealed ahead of their party are models of humility against Amy Jeurgens of future seasons, especially when the Adrian bashing gets ramped up. It makes future events..."satisfying" may not be the right word, because it's Secret Life and that got fucked up, too. Virtual July 19, 2018 Share July 19, 2018 The fact that Ben wanted to babysit and help out speaks to how lucky Amy was to have him around. He has no connection to her son whatsoever, yet he is there to lend a hand when needed. He was even willing to marry her (yeah, he had ZERO idea what that would entail, but still!).
