US Army Warrant Officers are addressed as Mr and Ms. Like junior Naval officers "Mr Roberts" instead of "Ensign Roberts" commonly were. Less formal she might be addressed as "chief" for Chief Warrant Officer 3 which is her rank. However specific to Army aviators they tend to dislike being called "chief" for tradition reasons. It would be like First Sergeants who tell you it is "First Sergeant" not "Top" as about half in my experience demanded. Among the few non helicopter pilot Warrant Officers in fiction are Army CID Agents; their equivalent of NCIS, except they are military policemen and not civilians, Like John Travolta in The General's Daughter CID agents are often Warrant Officers and address as Mister. 1 Link to comment
