Stupid article. Not funny. And anyone who'd watched the pilot episode would know that Emily served champagne to the whole family to celebrate Chilton. It was legal at the time to do that in a family environment.

She was drinking beer at the surprise party Logan threw for her at that bar - where everyone was in the "jail" uniforms. So, somebody was serving her while she was underage.....
