chocolatine November 26, 2015 Share November 26, 2015 (edited) I don't think her name was ever Lockhart. On the show she's Bailey in the POVs and Solloway in the present. Also, it's Alison, not Allison (cf. http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0219182/?ref_=tt_cl_t2) Edited November 26, 2015 by chocolatine Link to comment
Constantinople November 26, 2015 Share November 26, 2015 From Episode 2 of Season 1 when Alison tells Noah she's married Noah: I'm married. Alison: Okay. Noah: You know what that means? Alison: Well, marriage means different things to different people. Noah: No, no. Not to me. To me it means... nothing can happen between us. Alison: You're serious? Noah: I'm very serious. Alison: Okay. In that case, it was nice meeting you, Noah Solloway. Noah: You too, Alison... Alison: Lockhart. Noah: Like the ranch? Alison: Yeah. It belongs to my husband. 2 Link to comment
SlackerInc November 26, 2015 Share November 26, 2015 Good catch, Constantinople. Responding to something from the current episode thread, because it is not about that episode: The thing is, Treem entered into an awful zone with that rape-ish scene (with Noah & Alison). And in her own words (in the Times interview) she did it on purpose. OK then. The kind of fucked up thing about that is that it's actually even worse than what you are saying. She actually did not write that scene as "rapey", but Ruth Wilson played it as such. Treem decided she thought the result was "interesting", and left it that way. Ugh. Just stick with the scene you wrote, and direct the actors to do it the way you intended! Sheesh. 2 Link to comment
Constantinople December 29, 2015 Share December 29, 2015 Mostly I agree with Oscar's wounded bird characterization, or at least I get sick of Alison's poor me schtick. That said, so far as I recall, Alison is the only one of the Big Four -- Alison, Noah, Cole, Helen -- who hasn't driven under the influence. 1 Link to comment
