okerry November 19, 2015 Share November 19, 2015 I don't know how to word this without sounding shallow but it kind of bothered me that the new guy in Amy's life was not exactly classically handsome while the new gal for Sheldon was gorgeous. That's because Amy's date was supposed to be a realistic one. Sheldon's was just to prove the point that even if the absolutely perfect woman showed up at Sheldon's door - which she did - he would still turn her down. Why? Because he loves Amy. He even said so. And this was the show's way of letting us know that for sure. 6 Link to comment

takalotti November 22, 2015 Share November 22, 2015 Sheldon's date was actually on the show previously when the guys used satellites to find the ANTM house. THANK YOU! I recognized her from Warm Bodies, so I found her on IMBD that way, and then confirmed it WAS her on tbbt. My gloating over being correct was cut short when I saw she was also in the PPP. Couldn't place her in the episode for the life of me (didn't remember the ANTM b-plot being in the same episode as the S/P feud) so it was driving me crazy. Until your post, so thank you.
