Wonder what Kym Johnson was doing in the audience. Nice to see her!

Anita and Gleb - QS. Relatively gimmick free, nicely done. A little slow for a QS, but enjoyable

Jay and Aliona - FT. I found this rather poignant and beautiful. Yes, there was the stumble, so not 10 worthy, but Craig was being a twit.

Jamelia and Tristan - samba. This was only adequate.

Helen and Aljaž - tango. I didn't enjoy as much as the judges. Something amiss with her frame and spiky legs.

Kellie and Kevin - samba. Hated most of this. What has Kellie done to make wardrobe hate her so?

Katie and Anton - rumba. She looked sensational, and this was nice, but no more than that. Rumba is supposed to be continuous, sinuous motion and Katie was rather stop start.

Peter and Janette - VW. They looked the part but I find his ballroom rather limp. Who know about the footwork? So much dry ice.

Georgia and Giovanni - Charleston. Dance of the night. She's really come into her own. A couple of errors, so they were lucky with the tens.

Jeremy and Karen - quickstep. Didn't enjoy this. Sorry, my lovely Jezza.

Expect Jamelia in the DO. Think popularity will keep Jay safe. Could be Kellie? Really, it needs to be Jeremy...

Another enjoyable evening of dancing. (and yes I am using this to put other events out of my mind for a while)

Felt Georgia and Gio had the best dance of the night - again. Thought she had a hiccup or two with some of the choreography but can hardly remember where so good recovery! They're not my favourites yet, but they're growing on me.

Another one I quite enjoyed - possibly as much as G & G's Charleston - was Kellie and Kevin's whatever it was. Oh yeah. A Samba. I saw some samba there and Kellie's "skirt" really emphasized the hip movements. Wow.

Other than the above, didn't think anyone had a standout dance.

I liked Anita's QS over Helen's Tango. Helen's moves may have been sharp, but peering through the camera lens they were just a bit too small for me to  take note of. Perhaps I would have felt different if I were there. Anita finally got to look lovely and do a pretty decent ballroom dance. (I'm no expert, I just like what I like.)

Katie looked breath-takingly beautiful. Missing the rumba movements I thought I saw in training clips on ITT, but the story was well performed and it wasn't embarrassing in the least. Did Len call one of the moves an AIDA? What is that?

Jamelia's samba didn't look as good as in the rehearsal clips. Too bad. However, she did seem to enjoy the dance so that made it much nicer to watch for me.

Peter's waltz... loved Janette's dress and Peter's kids. They were delightful. Forgot the dance right away.

Jay's dance - I'm going to have to re-watch it. I think I liked it, but I read another forum before I can see the show and I shouldn't because all the wildly divergent comments distract me from just enjoying the dance that I finally see. (don't see the show until it's well over) Think I agree with Len. For this dance I don't think "acting" was  necessarily a big part of the dance.

Jeremy. What can I say. He has rhythm and musicality. He learns his steps and often does the moves as technique requires. He just doesn't look "good" doing it. He's got a fine line he's balancing on. He's the "comedy" contestant but he's learning the dances in all seriousness. Getting the comedy songs and concepts means he's unlikely to ever get to look "good" in a dance. Hope he makes it to Blackpool (and hope he's wrong about the pyrotechnics & the giant guitar. Oh my!).

So, sadly, I think that mean's I'm OK with Jamelia leaving tomorrow as I think she will be back in the Dance Off.

Claudia was on form - as usual - and I enjoyed the shout out to the "take a drink every time they say Blackpool" game that forums always suggest.

I didn't think Jeremy was at risk of being in the bottom two so that was a surprise, but once he was there everyone knew he would be going home. Aww. Going to miss him terribly.

Jamelia did a much better job than her first go round. Too bad she can't get it on the first try but to be honest, there will always be something that can be improved no matter who gets the dance off.  I liked that she said she's enjoying dancing with Tristan and they have danced together (in front of an audience) more than any other couple. No better practice than that.

I was delighted that "Lens lens" explained what the AIDA move was (I don't know if that is the correct spelling) in Katie and Anton's rumba. Thanks show.

I'm slightly disappointed in Jeremy leaving. He was not a good dancer, but I enjoyed him. Jamelia has me wondering what the record is for times in the dance off. At a certain point, the people have made it clear they are not that into Jamelia. I get that the dance off is about saving the better couple, but sometimes that might not be what people want to see.

think Jamelia, Anita, and Katie are the weakest dancers remaining. I'd rather see Jamelia and Anita go while leaving Katie (and Anton!) for a little while longer.

Helen is odd to watch. She's a ringer and excels in some ways, but I always find her terribly awkward.

Kellie is getting the worst themes. Her legs looked killer in that samba though. Good or Kevin for finding some way to make sense of that song with actual samba.

Poor Jay. I find him to be more expressive than the judges do. He's not the greatest at emoting but it doesn't get in the way of his performances.

Team GG had another amazing week. I've been rooting for them since week 1. Not many could have pulled off that Charleston. I'm also tickled her score beat Peter's from last week by a point.

I agree about Helen. She's probably the most highly trained of them all, but is still being hampered by her ballet habits and is so stiff in her hips. Her tango was too upright and her 'faces' were strange considering she's an actress. Jay is getting it in the neck for his lack of facial expression, but he expresses the character of the dance through his body and his movements far better than Helen. I think Craig loves theatrical overkill, so poor Jay is never going to win that one. The other three judges loved what he did, though, so, *shrug*. He should have party Latin for next week, but having suffered a family bereavement (on Sunday, I think) it may be a difficult week for him.

It's mean spirited of me, but Georgia out-scoring Peter's Charleston made me happy.

Jeremy made a lovely good-bye video which I'll post if I can find it. A lovely man.
