Certainly not lacking determination and competitive spirit, even if her co-HoH stint ended up with her getting played.  I had her pegged as getting ignored and turning it on late (which was her original strategy) so it will be interesting to see if she can rally troops and make Sixth Sense crack under the pressure, or if she's simply earned a quick ticket home.

 

And it's always good to see more Latinas (and Latins, generally) on Big Brother; proportionate to U.S. population, they've been more neglected in casting than even African-Americans.  (And for a show that casts heavily in California, at that.)  She's yet to achieve the success of Ivette or Natalie Martinez (or even Jenn City), and she doesn't make my heart go pitty-pat the way it does every time I see Jenny Vasquez lie Kaysar's arrogant butt out of the House, but it's early days, still.  Wishing her buena suerte, even if she's against the people I'm rooting for.

 

And please let the story of her punching Jeff be true.  Now if she can only explain why she didn't do it more often…

Well, I think that her group was the popular clique (Shelli has even called them "the high school clique" on the feeds), it's just the people they excluded have been winnowing them down, so now they're in a minority.  But yeah, I'm sure she (and Meg) would be glad to see Shelli go this week…the hot football player is somebody they probably feel they have proprietary rights to.

I liked her on TAR (Jeff not so much), so I was disposed to like her here. It's been fun watching her figure out the game that she knew next-to -nothing about, and one that is so much more dependent upon interpersonal dynamics than TAR is. She also seems to be the best at seeing through whatever Vanessa is selling at the moment.
