Tabbyclaw March 30, 2014 Share March 30, 2014 The way we've been doing it is sticking to keeping the episodes in order so we're all coming from the same place at the same time, but on no particular schedule. (Honestly, it was mostly "Someone watched the next episode or two when they have a moment; others add their comments." We were a small thread, and not terribly organized.) If we end up wanting more or a different structure here, we can certainly switch that up. Link to comment
Lisin April 17, 2014 Share April 17, 2014 Hi guys! I love that you're doing a rewatch and I'm leaving this topic live for you to use as an organizational topic. Please use the episode topics to discuss the individual episodes. We're trying to keep the forum free of thousand page long topics that are really hard for new members to jump into. I've already started topics for the remaining episodes in Season 1 and you can feel free to start new ones for the next season, characters etc. The general rule of thumb here for rewatch projects is that we don't spoil past the episode we're talking about without using tags, so for example if you're in the topic for episode 10 don't post about something that happens in episode 13 without tagging it as a spoiler. That way people who've never seen the show can join in without being spoiled. I'm going to add this to the PTV Rewatch Roster in Everything Else TV also so you may get more participants. Have fun and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Link to comment
Guest June 17, 2014 Share June 17, 2014 @Shanna Marie, @aquarian1, and I have been having a behind the scenes discussion about how to handle the rewatch considering the revelation that the heroine is actually the villain and this alters all perceptions of everything that came before . The solution: Create separate episode threads and also utilize the All Episodes Talk thread. New viewers may want to join in on the rewatch and the individual episode threads give them a place to go. When you're talking about the overall arcs of the series (and this new information is an overall arc) talk about that in the All Episodes Talk thread. If you are in an individual episode thread, don't spoil past the episode you're talking about without using tags, so for example if you're in the topic for episode 10 don't post about something that happens in episode 13 without tagging it as a spoiler. If you are in the All Episodes Talk thread, you can talk about any and all episodes that have aired without spoiler tags. Please keep in mind though, that the All Episodes Talk thread is to discuss how stuff that happens in a particular episode shapes the series as a whole. Link to comment
