U is for underwear - specifically Susie's - that Chandler wore (and was later left wearing in the bathroom of a restaurant).

I is for invitations - specifically Monica and Chandler's wedding invitations - that Rachel was working on with Ross's help when they ended up sleeping together and conceiving Emma.

J is for Jill, Rachel's sister.  Ross realized that if anything were to happen between him and Jill, he would never be able to get back together with Rachel.

K is for kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your-neck fantastic, the exclamation Rachel made to try and cover her jealousy of and agitation about Julie as Ross was telling everyone how he and Julie met in China.
