Beezella January 3, 2015 Share January 3, 2015 I just watched the last scene again before deleting it from my DVR and it is just lovely. The gathering, Happy's Dad, the gifts to each other, and especially the Rube Goldberg contraption climaxing with the artificial snow. I wish they had filmed that better though. It was very hard to see each part of it as the camera blurred it trying to follow the motion. It helped a little to play it in slow motion, but much of it was very blurred. I wonder if they only had one chance at filming it? I guess you got the wondrous effect though. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/19433-s01e12-dominoes/page/2/#findComment-691754
theatremouse January 3, 2015 Share January 3, 2015 I sort of assume a lot of it was faked, which would be why the shots used were a little wonky. Those devices almost never work perfectly on the first go. So they may have cut together a couple takes (smart). If it really were a single take, it was almost certainly not the first one.
