Maura moves out of the family house and into a lively new apartment complex, just as Sarah needs a new home after dismantling her perfect life. Josh has to reconsider his sudden vision of starting a family, while Ali finds some new boundaries to cross.

Oh man...I felt for Josh--that was cold. It's not that I think it should be any different as a legal question, but it is a harsh reality that a guy is shut out of the decisionmaking process when it comes to a pregnancy. A woman in that circumstance could say "I wasn't planning to have a baby, but fuck it: let's get married" and if the guy blew her off, she could be like "okay, you're an asshole, but I'm still having the baby, and you have to pay child support at least".

Sarah's story is so heart wrenching and Amy Landacker is knocking it out of the park. In fact the entire cast is knocking it out of the park. I really hope this show gets more notice because it's so revolutionary.

Ha, Ali getting high with her trainer and his roommate was hilarious. Usually I don't enjoy watching actors pretend to be drunk or high because it's often way too over the top but I liked that they were realistically absurd.

Binge watched the first three episodes tonight and am loving this show. Jeffrey Tambor is terrific and I loved seeing one of my all time favorites, Judith Light.
