Foundation His Dark Materials HALO Basically an updated 'Particle Effect', that I'd assumed had been perfected long ago as a BorisFX or AfterEffects plugin. Or has it just become trendy? In Foundation they have the paintings that move, kind of like shifting sand which is what the opening is representing. Link to comment

Camera One October 6 Share October 6 Not sand, but when I first saw the opening credits, it reminded me a little of the opening credits for "The Crown", another animated close-up with a black background and you're not sure what you're looking at with the growing bands of metal making up the crown.
