Well, Elizabeth clearly isn't a virgin. Catherine thinks she should have come home early. She shouldn't have left.

So there going there with Charles and Margot? 

I don't which wife Philip is mourning. Mary's been dead for awhile if Mary's imprison. The next one is Catherine's daughter Elisabeth who isn't dead or married. Philip's an ass.

Through Anjou in jail is a start but really killing him would be a better idea. And Anjou, it is your fault that your brother's dead. You started it by murdering the minister. 

Margot is really naive isn't she? I guess because she's young? I don't know. She believes Guise is innocent when he's not. The fact that no dies doesn't change the fact that he did it in hopes of killing everyone in the church.

I love Catherine dismissing her former lady in waiting. She's no fool. Too bad none of her children inherited that.

I'm not sure what Edith's plan is.

She’s a nasty one. I haven’t decided yet whether she’s very self-serving or completely loony tunes. Though I’m leaning towards the former.

So Edith obviously had the poison substituted for water. Or Angelica sided with the her and gave Aabis a vial of water (or vodka!) to give to her.

That was perfect. Angelica would betray her own mother to climb further up the ladder. No loyalty from that one. Catherine has her number.

I'm confused at what she has to gain. What is Angelica getting for her participation in all of this?

A roof over her head, basically. She’s been sponging off people wherever she can. Probably hoping to raise herself higher as well.

That's what she's trying to do. But she's not that smart. She decided to side with a mistress and not Catherine. Sure Diane had power at the time but that only ever lasts as long as the King is alive. Now she tried to betray a friend to score points with Catherine. But Catherine isn't stupid.
