Ok, so they may not have tapes on every era of her life, but I got the same feeling with this that I had with The Bee Gees documentary, that the last bits were sped through! It could have been another half hour longer. They even left off two husbands! It was Burton, then AMFAR, then a title card with her birth and death dates. C’mon, HBO!

Agreed! This should’ve been a mini series. It felt unnecessarily rushed.

As a fan I don’t feel I learned anything new about her from this. But hearing it from herself, in her own voice was so delightful.
