Trini May 8 Share May 8 Not sure where to look up numbers for this type of thing, but I'm pretty sure CBS doesn't have a great track record for renewing mid-season shows. Or shows premiering 10pm. On Sundays. So If this turns out good, I don't know how attached I should get. Link to comment

Trini October 21 Share October 21 Some quotes from Morris Chestnut about the show and his role here: 'Morris Chestnut on Playing Titular Role in ‘Watson’: ‘It’s a Culmination of My Career’' Quote “He doesn’t break the rules but he takes chances and it could go either way,” he added of his Watson. “In the second episode, he’s already getting called into HR. But the one thing I love about the character is that [what he does] never for himself, always for the patients and with their wellbeing in mind.” Link to comment

AnimeMania December 6 Share December 6 Watson is set in modern times and tells the story of what Dr. John Watson, the companion of the master detective Sherlock Holmes does six months after Sherlock goes over the waterfall with Moriarty. Sherlock Holmes leaves Dr. John Watson a significant amount of money after his death at Reichenbach Falls. Dr. John Watson and Shinwell Johnson decide to leave England and use the money to open The Holmes Clinic for Diagnostic Medicine at the University Hospital of Pittsburgh, in Oakland, Pennsylvania where they treat rare medical disorders. Ritchie Coster as Shinwell Johnson, A reformed British man, thanks to Sherlock Holmes, Shinwell has traveled from England to serve alongside Dr. Watson as an Administrative Aide for the new clinic. Thanks to his seedier days, Shinwell has insights and connections that the rest of the team wouldn't otherwise have access to, and when push comes to shove, his 'coercive tactics' and brooding physical presence are very valuable assets. As long as he's on Watson's side we have nothing to fear. But are his loyalties unwavering? Or is there a game afoot? Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson, the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare medical disorders. Rochelle Aytes as Dr. Mary Morstan, one of the best surgeons on the East Coast, and the Medical Director of the hospital. She is equally adept at being a voice of reason for and serving reality checks to her ex-husband, Dr. Watson. She has great respect for Watson and, while she appreciates his sleuthing when it comes to medical mysteries, she can also become irritated by his unorthodox approach to the business of medicine. Eve Harlow as Dr. Ingrid Derian, an accomplished neurologist whom Dr. Watson recruits to work at his clinic not only because he recognizes her indisputable skill, but because she herself is a mystery Watson looks forward to solving. Ingrid reminds him of his late friend, Sherlock Holmes, and values her ruthless and sometimes questionable practices... but the rest of her teammates will wonder — and worry — who is the real Ingrid Derian, and what is she hiding? Peter Mark Kendall as twins, Dr. Stephens Croft and Dr. Adam Croft Hailing from a privileged family in Pennsylvania, the Croft brothers are twins whose differences have been shaped by and because of each other. Stephens excelled in academics, graduating top of his class at Johns Hopkins Med, specializing in infectious diseases, while Adam excelled in athletics, until an injury led him to functional medicine at Boston University. Stephens is deeply independent and emotionally unavailable due to his workaholism, while Adam is endlessly charming, empathetic, and at his worst, needy. Despite their differences, and Stephens' attempt to carve out his own path apart from his brother, the twins end up working side-by-side in the Holmes Clinic. Inga Schlingmann as the unflappable Dr. Sasha Lubbock. While most people question how she had the time and energy to double-board in both rheumatology and immunology, Watson knows it’s because Sasha thrives in bifurcated conditions. Having grown up torn between two families — her birth parents in central China, and her adoptive, religious family in Dallas, Texas — Sasha’s southern charm is parallel only to the ambition that landed her in one of the world’s most prestigious genetics clinics.
