Since this show started, I've been positive they have something in mind for Taran Killam's character (Ludo). He's too interesting an actor to play a bland nice guy with no needs or interests. 
As of the new preview (the one that played after Episode 7) I'm convinced he's going to be a serial killer playing cat-and-mouse with Morgan. Or at least I'm convinced enough to offer this as a theory here!

I'd like to see Ava and Elliot in a subplot or a scene where they combine their talents to solve a problem or fix something.  

I want Morgan and Tom to become a romantic couple.

Ugh I hope you're wrong lol. I have been finding it weird that he has been in nearly every episode but is only a guest star.
