This was good. For sure, not a happy viewing, though I did laugh a couple times, but good. I'm intrigued by Costello and Selby individually and as a pair who have a long-time, clearly conflicted, relationship. And I loved the ways in which we are introduced to Costello's relationship to her daughter Iris. Yes, Costello is a mess, but it's clear that she loves her daughter a lot and wants to do her best (even if it's equally clear, that her hold on that determination is likely tenuous at best).

I'm in to see where they all go (and getting to know more about Gloria).
