BlueSkies September 14, 2022 Share September 14, 2022 I guess by nature of the topic there's some spoilers here. So I'll say: Miguel- he's really for the most part a good kid throughout the 5 seasons. He learns the karate to escape from being bullied yet doesn't for the most part let it get to this head like Hawk and Kenny. Shows Robby mercy at the end of the Season 2 brawl even though it came back to bite him. In the final season as well he stood up for Tory when Sam kept attacking her character. Yeah I liked Tory as well. She is really more an old fashioned bad girl vs mean girl. But at her heart she is not evil. One of my favorite scenes if not the favorite scene is Season 5 is when Sam got a taste of her lifestyle when she saw her apartment. I think Tory fits into as well a category of group of people society/elitists/politicians have turned their back on: forced to drop out of school to care for her family. Very working class. Fights every day to get by. I mean me personally I feel I belong to this class of people as well that doesn't fit the mainstream and are overlooked. Feel free to PM me on my views before I digress. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/133589-favorite-characters-in-the-series/
CeeBeeGee November 22, 2022 Share November 22, 2022 I am finding Tory much more interesting this season as well. And yes, I too loved that quick, perceptive look Sam got while in Tory's apartment. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/133589-favorite-characters-in-the-series/#findComment-7761464

She easily saved the LaRusso's marriage by standing up for Daniel as to why Terry traumatized him so much. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/133589-favorite-characters-in-the-series/#findComment-7776020
Raja February 15 Share February 15 (edited) He fell further than Al Bundy but take a look at him now. The two time All Valley under 18 champion. And the sensei of the reigning world champion dojo Cobra Kai, Johnny Lawrence Quote "It Doesn't Matter If You're A Loser, Or A Nerd, Or A Freak! All That Matters Is That You Become Badass! 2. The biggest loser, nerd or freak who flipped the script and became badass! He put down the series' original bully with just a look. And on his way to following the Karate Kid's Dutch to jail he saw the error of his way on his own and with a babyface turn worthy of pro wrestling, Hawk. 3. She started as a winner, the badass and everybody saw it. She was recruited and counted on to lead Eagle Fang Karate with no training. Unlike the others she did not hide her head because she knew the challenges she faced. Upon her sensei losing and honoring the stipulations placed against him she kept up her training at one of the subpar dojo's. When Mike fucking Barnes put her the unwinnable flat out physical ability race against a growing Kenny to get to the Sekai Taikai she flipped the script in a manner Captain Kirk would approve of, Devon Lee. marinw Tuesday at 02:17 AM Share Tuesday at 02:17 AM (edited) Amanda is a smart, funny, beautiful, kind person. She grew to support her Karate family while refusing to drink even a drop of the Karate kool aide herself Edited Tuesday at 02:19 AM by marinw Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/133589-favorite-characters-in-the-series/#findComment-8584145
