Well, of course Lino's mother loses it at the exact wrong time.  sigh  Yeah, I'm really not getting this subplot - Lino's powers(??) specifically - or why they think they need it with everything else going on.

Everything else was fine, though. LOL at Tom being annoyed at working (for other people).

Tom briefly having to work for his company as an entry level employee went about the way that I expected.  Why I am I not surprised that despite his brilliance he doesn't excel at grammar and typing because he just had Barclay do all that for him?  At least he saw the potential in Claire's assistant and has gotten them a better job.  He also needed that reality check about how dismissive he was with Zenzi's issues and how he takes her for granted.  I just hope he learns from this and tries to improve going forward.

We meet Lino's mom tonight and it certainly seems like something is going on with her and Lorraine was right to be as concerned as she was.  But I'm going to guess there will some form of truth to her ramblings.  Always good seeing Meta Golding.

Isaac has now been canned, but I'm going to guess he'll redeem himself in Lorraine's eyes by playing a part in saving Tom and this whole kidnapping thing.

Barclay listing all of the platforms Zenzi blocked Tom on; including Linkedin; was amusing.  He seems to enjoy poking fun at Tom when the time calls for it!
