Shermie May 24, 2022 Share May 24, 2022 I’m just watching this now, but it bugs me that none of the boys asked Raf and his friend where they got the food and beer. Wouldn’t that be your first question? Where’d you get this, is there more, is it in a cabin, should be shelter there? Seems like sloppy writing. And of course the boys find a stash of food right away, but no one inventories it or suggests rationing. Because boys be impulsive and stupid. 2 Link to comment
Bellatrix August 29, 2022 Share August 29, 2022 So Raf's parents joined the list of parents I hate on this show. Which is pretty much everyone. What Raf said about networking being why they sent him to school far away was so true. If you send your kid away far from home because you want to them to have a better life so that some of that shine can land on you, prepare to lose them forever. I had the same issue with Jenny and her father in Gossip Girl. He was always nattering on about how she had changed and becoming more like Upper East Siders. She didn't even want to there in the first place. What did he expect? That she wouldn't make a new friend for three years? My heart broke for Raf in the flashbacks. I didn't like his girlfriend, either. She acted like he wasn't good enough for her. Link to comment
