Whimsy February 23, 2022 Share February 23, 2022 CBS bio Name: Drea Wheeler Age: 35 Hometown: San Antonio, TX Current Residence: Montreal, Quebec Occupation: Fitness Consultant Favorite Hobbies: Working out and any kind of charity work 3 Words to Describe You: Resilient, ambitious and caring Pet Peeve: Dishonest people What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Becoming an All-American Track Runner. If you are or ever have been a competitive athlete, you know the dedication, sacrifice, sweat and tears it takes to succeed. Every time I question my ability to make something happen, I look back at the girl who ran track and remember I was, and still am, that person! What is something we would never know from looking at you? I have a fear of death. I come off as super confident and strong, which I am, but deep down, I do fear the end. I think it stems from losing some very important people in my life at a young age. However, this fear doesn’t cripple me; it gives me the perspective to live every day to the fullest. Who is your hero and why? My mom! As I get older, I understand how much she gave up in having me and my older sister before the age of 18. I never wanted for anything and that is because my mom worked multiple jobs to ensure that never happened. When my Pops died and left her with 5 kids, she kept going and got me into university with a full scholarship. She is the bomb dot com. Which past Survivor will you play the game most like? Kelley Wentworth. She contributes to her team and sets up alliances while still being a competitor in the competitions. Why do you believe you can be the Sole Survivor? I believe my personality, physical strength and ability to manipulate people to do what I want will help me get to the final. I am able to see where different personalities fit in my life and utilize them when it fits. Link to comment
LadyChatts February 25, 2022 Share February 25, 2022 I always find it humorous when someone lists their pet peeve as dishonest people, but then go on a reality show where one of the elements of the game involves being dishonest with each other. Other than that, she seems cool. 1 Link to comment
LadyChatts May 12, 2022 Share May 12, 2022 One of Drea's exit interview: https://ew.com/tv/survivor-42-drea-wheeler-interview/ -She had an alliance with Omar and Hai, and said it wasn't shown how close they were (this backs up Hai last week saying he wanted to go to the final 3 with those 2); this is also why she trusted Omar with her KIP information -She feels Omar was starting to panic, and people were picking up on the fact that he was always talking to everyone -She completely forgot about playing shot in the dark, but thinks that voting is a greater power than having no vote and going home by chance -She said she was part of the all male alliance, which also confirms what Rocksroy said in his exit interview; she felt at the time Rocks was the only person she could geniunely trust. -Her parting comments were all strategy: she wanted to draw attention to Lindsey, she wanted Jonathan to know he was targeting the wrong people, that Omar can't keep a secret, that Mike could possibly win if he makes it to the end because of his social game, and that Romeo needs to start playing because he's just a decoy -She wanted Romeo to start making moves and play, and said he was fading after the merge 1 2 Link to comment

She said on RHAP that he was great to work with pre-merge but after that he didn’t do anything except sit around. She had to do all the work and then he was wondering why he was always on the bottom. I think last nights show pretty much showed this. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the Final 3 with Maryann and someone else. Obviously, he needs Maryanne’s idols and such to get there. He doesn’t have any agency in this game. Maybe, he’ll win Individual Immunity next week which would by him time. 2 Link to comment
LadyChatts May 13, 2022 Share May 13, 2022 (edited) What I thought was interesting from both Drea and Hai's exit interviews was that they both said they had a strong bond to Omar, and Hai said this trio was his ideal final 3. Yet Omar stabbed both of them in the back for Mike. Does he think Mike is easier to beat? I just find it interesting that he threw Hai under the bus and orchestrated his boot, and then threw Drea under the bus last night. I think Omar has been playing a smart game, but now I'm wondering if he'll be sorry. Edited May 13, 2022 by LadyChatts 2 Link to comment
