I mean this episode was fine, there wasn't anything specifically horrible or anything but it just didn't make me laugh that much. I did like Schmidt and Nick fighting in the deposition though, but really the show could be just Nick and Schmidt and I think I'd be happy. Link to comment

KarenClassic March 12, 2014 Share March 12, 2014 I didn't not like this episode, but I feel like there is lack of direction with the characters. I feel like Nick is becoming more inconsistent and that they have given up on Winston. But I did love Winston pretending to be a lawyer. 2 Link to comment
Tara Ariano March 12, 2014 Author Share March 12, 2014 I feel like Nick flirting with the occupation he thought, at some point, would be his career coming at a time when Jess is experiencing some meaningful advancement at work is going to come to a head with him getting frustrated that she has to work so much more when he has a comparatively low-demand job. Yes, this is a variation on what led to Ross and Rachel's breakup on Friends, but why not steal from the best? 1 Link to comment
